Lane is the person you want helping you through the huge life decision that is buying a house. She is extremely communicative, and knowledgeable. Whenever we had questions on pieces of the process, she cleared things up promptly and kindly. Beyond that, Lane knows when to bring in another expert for areas she doesn’t know as well directly. Our purchase almost fell through because of a terrible loan officer who did not communicate hardly at all, or work with us to understand our financial situation. We thought we were going to lose the house! Then, we switched to Lane and things came together in a matter of days. Low ego, clear results.
