As previous customers, we are delighted with the design and supply service that West One Bathrooms delivered to support the refurbishment of another bathroom. The Sales and Design Consultant provided thoughtful special options maximising the space, which has resulted in the bathroom feeling open and airy. She supported our product choices and recommended more suitable designs when constraints limited our preferences. She also liaised with the installation team to ensure just-in-time delivery of all items so that our home was not overwhelmed with boxed bathroom fittings. The result is a fabulous, streamlined, efficient and easy to clean bathroom with a special, relaxed sanctuary feel.

We had a great experience with our first bathroom and went back to get help with the design and choice of products for the ensuite bathroom. Louise has been very helpful and made herself available at short notice. Very grateful for the professional guidance and happy that we managed to finalize the order within couple of weeks. I literally could not recommend a company more highly. We are over the moon about our new bathroom. Susan at West One was a brilliant designer and made the whole thing painless and sourcing great tiles, sink, WC and bath and then ordering them so they arrived in perfect time and figuring out the perfect layout and design. Working in tandem with London Bathroom installations who did the fitting - who are really wonderful - I can honestly say we had the best experience and now have a gorgeous bathroom.

Louise at Tunbridge Wells was brilliant. I called into the store having done a little research online. I’d tried a couple of other retailers but to no avail. Then I met Louise who was knowledgeable and confident in recommending products. Following an hour’s meeting in store I have sourced 3 bathrooms through Louise. Most of our communication was by phone or email and Louise was super speedy in responding, sending images and re quoting when needed. I’m looking forward to seeing the bathrooms in situ. Thank you

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish with Kirsten the designer at West One Bathrooms. Our four bathrooms were in major need of a facelift and a friend recommended ‘London bathroom installations’ who work closely with Kirsten.After the initial visit to my home to take some measurements, photos and observe the style of our house, we then met in the showroom a couple of times and over the course of several hours Kirsten pieced together every single aspect of our four new bathrooms, floor/wall tiles, toilets, basins, showers, shower doors, taps, accessories etc.She listened carefully and took on board my sense of flamboyant style and love for colour whilst maximising storage space and creating a calm environment within each bathroom.The guys who installed the bathrooms were the best workmen we’ve ever seen and we are absolutely delighted with the finished product.The standard of finish is top class and we now have four luxurious, calm and characterful spaces whilst also being practical and suited to our needs as a family of five.Kirsten really listens to her client and has an incredible vision.I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

We met with Katie at the Chelsea branch a couple of times when planning our bathroom redesign. She helped us play around with layout and colours at the consultations and we really enjoyed the process. The company were also really responsive to our email enquiries. We are so pleased with the result.

Lily from West One Battersea showroom was absolutely amazing! She dedicated a lot of time to us, from coming up with the right design, based on what we wanted, and all the way through to selecting the right brands and appliances. She was very prompt in her communication, keeping us posted about every detail of the delivery timings and managing these really well, so we have everything on time as expected - we had no issues with missing parts etc, her attention to detail is amazing. Everything we received was of the best quality and we genuinely couldn’t have done it without her.

I ordered two bathrooms through West One Bathrooms. I had a good experience. Ali in particular was excellent - very knowledgeable and helpful. You don't get good customer service very often anymore sadly but Ali made the experience easy and enjoyable.

Sometimes showrooms in Chelsea Harbour can feel rather exclusive and less approachable, but Isobel always has a smile and friendly tone and makes you feel at ease. That's why West One is my go-to supplier for all things sanitaryware and brassware. Bravo! Would highly recommend.

Most horrible experience. This company is unprofessional. We have placed an order in December, it's almost end of march and we still haven't received our bathtub which derails our completion date for the renovation, incurring additional costs and stress. They are not even able to explain what happened and why the delivery date got pushed back by 2 months!!! They also don't take any responsibility over the matter. The service provided is abysmal. I honestly don't recommend ordering from this company, they have no control over their distribution and no sense of urgency or human decency.
