Big thanks to Amandeep. Travelled from Australia originally to buy Thomas Crapper toilet and accessories. Got these as well as some stunning Swadling gear for the bathroom. Initially spoke to Amandeep on the phone then met in the showroom. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in the selection of items. No push and very patient as I texted and called my wife in Australia to discuss various options. Will certainly contact Amandeep again if we need any more bathroom/toilet gear.

Tiago Vitor was absolutely superb with the service he provided us. He was charming helpful and went the extra mile to find us the right products at the right price. He managed the delivery and invoicing most efficiently. On the day of installation he responded immediately when we thought we needed a particular part.
