I bought two items after seeing ads on Instagram. The issue started when I checked the items and didn't like one of them. I wanted to return it, but then I was told that I can not return items after 14 days, even though I had sent an email to support for a refund within the 14-day period. I could get store credit, and the return process was like here is the store credit. How would you like to use it? I wasn't sure, so I didn't move forward. A few days later, I tried to continue, and now the system says it is past 30 days. What a scam! The other shirt I initially liked, but after wearing it, I realized that it was itchy. Total loss. They don't do Google reviews, which makes sense after this experience. Not worth the money!
