Positive experience!
I had a very positive experience with Cian and it was great to actually talk to someone who was able to explain in detail how the process worked.
The communication was excellent, and I feel I've now got the best electricity plan which suits my current needs.

Prompt reminder that my contract is due for renewal. Process very easy. Provided information for renewal but then when the price of everything went up overnight, re-visited the proposal and came up with a better deal. Great service.

€40 was greayer than 10% savings
Original was told of greater savings but when i agreed to it i was then told that the Electric Co. offer had been changed as the cash offer had been withdrawn. Hopefully better savings might arise during the year.

We’re sorry for the change in the offer after you had agreed to proceed. Unfortunately, energy suppliers can update or withdraw offers at short notice, which is outside of our control, but we completely understand how frustrating that can be.
