Booking process
I contacted the agency regarding a Thailand multi-centre holiday and was impressed by the service I received from Adam.
He responded very quickly after I submitted my enquiry, answered all of my questions, and was very helpful throughout the process. As this is my first time booking with the company, I had quite a few questions about the itinerary, dates, transfers, and booking process.
Adam took the time to discuss different date options with me over the phone, explained how the internal transfers would work, and provided a detailed itinerary. He was patient and professional.
Based on my experience so far, I have found Adam to be knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to deal with. Thank you for all your help.

Unforgettable holiday to Malaysia

Penang for me and then a quick flight over to Kuala Lumpur for an amazing 5 nights at a fantastic hotel and location in the city . Brian Travis was really helpful from start to finish.The booking process was so easy. He sent us itinerary which he then adapted to our requirements. All done quickly and professionally with suggestions of potential options. Clear instructions on payment options as well which was very helpful. Would go back to him again for sure 👌

Grace was very knowledgeable and helpful when booking our Thailand trip. I will do another review when we’ve actually been on the holiday but I cant fault the booking process at all. I received itinerary, Atol certificate and invoice within minutes after paying the deposit with all payment dates and amounts worked out for me. Very smooth process

Excellent service
Summer Dylan, such a lovely advisor, she went over and above helping me with my booking to the Maldives.
Nothing was too much trouble, she answered my many many questions, and showed nothing but patience, staying late into the evening to sort out my flights to enable me to request our seat.
I would throughly recommend this holiday company and Summer in particular. I now know where to go for reasonably priced holidays and excellent service in the future.

We have just booked our trip to Thailand with what a holiday and l would thoroughly recommend them.
Kevin was absolutely wonderful and the most patient person l have ever known ! As it is our first multi centre holiday (with 3 teenagers) we wanted the itinerary to be perfect, flights to fit in with school hols and resorts suitable for us all. He recommended hotels, destinations and offered multiple options so we could tweak them to our requirements. He didn’t rush us and tried so hard to find the right flights for us which he did 🤩 he genuinely understood my concerns and addressed them professionally and with empathy. He has been extremely reassuring and l cannot praise him enough. We now have a wonderful holiday planned, within budget and amazing hotels, thank you Kevin. I will most definitely contact what a holiday in future. Five stars plus ⭐
