Product is ok. Delivery was horrible. Ordered on 12/1121 received 12/31/21

I ordered 3 things and they came late and are horrible and now i have to pay for shipping to return them and who knows if they really give me a refund.

they are scammers.... dont buy anything from them

An ugly place to do business: I placed an order for three items and was assured I would receive the items within 7 to 10 days. Two weeks later I called for status on my order and was told it would be another 7 to 10 days. I wanted to cancel the order and was told it was impossible to do so.

Order some items from Whatever works , after 4 weeks the item was still backordered, so I contacted customer service and cancelled the order, 3 weeks later i find the charges applied to my credit card and to find out the order has been shipped, not only did this rip off company never cancel my order but i was told no managers available to speak to. Don't use them . Big Scam

This is the worst company ever to work with. I sent a return which has been sitting in a post office undelivered for 3 weeks. I am unable to further trace thru USPS because I have no street address for the return. When I called Whatever Works for an address they just gave me #3 Distribution Circle which is not a street address. I was on hold for a supervisor for 25 minutes only to get another customer service rep.
I am reporting the company to the BBB.

I've ordered from this company several times in years past and have been satisfied. Placed an order about a month ago - received confirmation but nothing since. Website is down. Don't have access to information when I call - they seem to have disappeared from the face of the earth. DO NOT order from them!

This company is really bad business I placed a order at the beginning of the month and as the end of the month I called customer service 3 times and there sight has been shut down for over a week and customer service can’t do anything because of the none working sight so my next step is contacting the attorney generals and making a formal complaint I am thinking this company is a fraud company

I placed an order for 3 items. And I received 3 shipments of all of them. 6 boxes. I notified them right away that my account was charged 3 times. No response.

I want to return everything but one roll of reflective tape for outside.

They will not pay for my returns of 6 boxes. I am not pleased.

This company is a dishonest scam - I made the mistake of ordering ONE product from them and the next thing I know I'm seeing a $14.95 dollar 'preferred' membership fee (totally unauthorized) coming through my bank account - AVOID THIS COMPANY like the plague - THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

What is wrong with this company? They send me two or three emails every day. If they had to pay for these emails, I am certain the daily correspondence would end. They are seemingly tone deaf if they think this will grow their business. I will be asking them to remove my name from their email list and I will be blocking them as well. Now they will not have any opportunity to sell to me again. It doesn't make sense.

After making one purchase, whateverworks continued to bill my credit card $14.95 each month. But going to their website discovered the following do not exist on their main page: No customer login, no account management, no other way to access to verify if you have an account and your record of charges, Called their phone number and no one answers. A computerized phone system trained to tell you the status of your order number. If you do not have an order number or if you have a question about illegal charges, no one will answer to talk to you.

We ordered a bell and Howell tri-burst light, item #KC0-062. The ad and the web states this is a motion activated light but it is not. The web and the catalog info should be changed as it is misleading.

Don’t waste your money. You can buy their products at your local dollar store. Everything is made in China. I ordered a dual electric socket, had no UL code stamp. The product was never tested so, I guess my house will go on fire. No ones answers the customer service line or it gets disconnected. I wished I looked them up prior to spending $600.00 dollars but I got the bait the switch game. Pics look really nice... product junk. They have only negative reviews. Dread having to deal with them to get my money back. BTW do not buy into the VIP shipping scam. They offer no free shipping coming or going. Already cost me $70.00 on shipping. Never again. FYI they have a lot of other catalogs different names same company with the same products.

Whatever Works and its parent company, Potpourri Group Inc (PGI), do not honor their 100% guarantee. Customer Service on-line answers that someone will respond within 48 hours but never does. Customer Service phone calls are never answered (45 and 55 minutes on hold before giving up). And now I find I am being charged $13.74 for some VIP club I supposedly joined. Believe the almost 100% one-star reviews.
Ironically, "potpourri" in French means "rotten pot" - coincidence or owners' gotcha?

They charge $14.95 per month for a phony "VIP" club, and you get zippo for it. When contacted, they refuse to return calls, email, letters. If you call by phone, I sat for at least one hour waiting, all the while listening to some mind-crushing music. This is a SCAM. Do Not Buy Anything from these grifters. My attorney will be dealing with them. Shame, Shame, Shame!!

I ordered the electric weed eater and 2 self-sharpening blades last month after ours died. The blades arrived within 4 days and the weed eater in 4 weeks. They work great for me. I'm a 70 year old woman in moderate physical shape who loves gardening & podunking at lawncare. After attaching a shoulder harnis it is perfect and I'm well pleased with product & service!
