Beware don't waste you money. I realised that's not going to work but I continued to use this product for two months morning and at night and sometimes during the day so to make sure I gave enough time with no relief what so ever.
I asked for a refund as per their policy and Inner Cr&p wanted me to pay another $11.40 postage to send an almost empty bottle for them to do the refund. I am convinced that they would have found another excuse so they don't do refunds.
Ps: I started using moisturiser and it's doing much much better.

My son gave me two bottles of Inner Dose as a Christmas present. What a shame it doesn't work. I have followed the instructions for use, nope doesn't work. What a shame Inner Dose scams us for Christmas, shame on you.

I ordered one time just to try it. However they took upon themselfs to continue shipping it to me and ignored my request to stop shipping it to me. It's not even a monthly subscription they are shipping it to me twice a month and charging my credit card after being told not to.

Ordered a month ago. Sent a chase up a week ago. No reply, no contact, no product.

Coming from a psychology background I was very curious about these mists.....they totally work and add much needed motivation to my up beat workouts and then wind down calm to my yoga and stretching. Loved them so much I bought them for my sisters who also appreciates the extra buzz to their day.

OBSESSED with these mists...especially HIIT ME UP. The invigorating effect you get is instant magic and transforms your mood and mindset to do more. I then use SMELLS LIKE YOGA to wind myself down and zen out. Couldn’t recommend any more as a staple item in your gym bag, even in your shopping bag to help get you through the day. Love, love love!

OMG I love these so much!! My favourite is "Smells Like Yoga" it really sets the mood for me pre-yoga class after rushing to get to the studio from work.

I love these mists! I couldn't resist trying both - HIIT ME UP now lives on my Peloton bike and I can't start a workout without it, it really gets me in the zone. After a ride I'm using the SMELLS LIKE YOGA spray for my stretches and also in my bedroom in the evening, when I need to wind down and feel calm before sleeping. They're exactly what I needed for these moments!

Recently purchased the HIIT ME UP mood boosting mist from DOSE and I can't recommend it enough! Been really lethargic recently, lockdown blues I guess, and using this first thing in the morning really perks me up. I even had enough energy and motivation for a run the other day. Delivery was quick too. Reckon when I'm back in the office this will be a staple on my desk. Highly recommend.

I purchased Smells Like Yoga for my wife after a friend had recommended it. She's really pleased with the product which smells amazing and uses it not only before a yoga/pilates class but often during the day when wanting a moment of calm, it's become a gym bag must!

I have been a long term subscriber to DOSE. I feel like they are inside my head. The mood mists are exactly what I need for my workout and during the day and the scents are really nice.
