This is actually very easy to use, and since they got bundles i got the patches for a discounted price too. And honestly I can feel the change when I’m using the patches, before I used to feel super tired all the time but with this new patches I got, I feel so refreshed. Highly recommend.

Patch took some skin off
I used 2 patches, and both caused irritation. One actually tore my skin off when I was removing it! Now I have a weeping sore that is quite painful.
*Update
What's that Patch have responded very kindly with an apology and a refund. That is quite rare for a company and so kudos to them for taking responsibility. I also acknowledge that not everyone has very sensitive skin.

Not for sensitive skin
After applying this patch, my skin became itchy, turned red, and developed a rash.
It took me a week to heal.
I cannot recommend this product for people with sensitive skin.

What’s That Patch is amazing. Ordering was super easy, delivery was quick and the team were really helpful when I had questions. I’ve tried a few of the patches now and they actually work. Stress Less keeps me calm, NAD+ gives me steady energy without the crash and Productivity helps me stay focused. They’re comfy to wear and don’t irritate my skin at all. These have been a game changer! I can’t live without them now.
The Stress Less is my go-to for when I’m feeling anxious or if I am travelling by car as I’m a nervous driver - these genuinely help me find my calm and mental resilience!
I also LOVE the NAD+ - regenerating my cells, yes please! I feel like i wake up with energy now and the benefits are insane!

Not worth it.
The patches are not very effective and super hard to get off. They actually hurt to take off and leave marks on the skin. You need 2-3 to actually feel any effect. Terrible return policy as well. Have to cover the cost of the return and any open products can not be returned even though the product hurt me. Do not recommend at all

For removal, we usually recommend dampening the patch with water or applying a little oil beforehand to make it more comfortable.
In terms of effectiveness, the patches deliver a steady micro-dose over 8 hours, and most users find benefits build with consistent use. You should not need to apply multiple patches at once to feel support.

Bounce back patch- loved it.
I used the Bounce Back Patch after a long day of drinking and woke up feeling great — no hangover symptoms at all! Seriously, who likes dealing with a hangover? The patch was super easy to apply and just as easy to take off. I’ll definitely be using this again!

I needed my order in time for my holiday, and the support team were great in making sure it got to me in time. Absolutely love the NAD+ and Collagen ones. Even had people stop and ask me about them which was cool.

Exceptional customer service
I edited my review since my last one, which was written before the order had arrived. I placed an order on 17 June, which encountered delays with customs. After communicating with customer support, they proactively placed another order for me, free of charge. When they saw that there were still issues with the first order, the head of customer experience contacted me and provided a full refund. After all this, the order finally cleared customs and arrived...
I am only on day 2 of using the patches, so I can't comment yet.
However, the customer experience has been nothing short of exceptional.
