For KEMPSEY’s D-Day 80 Beacon Lighting event we hired two x 9 metre lighting columns for Kempsey Common. The team at Bath Road led by Jay are always helpful, and the driver delivering the kit on 6th. Brilliant customer service
We rented a wacker for the day before laying patio slabs, the hire process is efficient, simple and well priced. Absolutely cannot fault the customer service at WHC the team are all really knowledgable and happy to help. Clear demo and instruction on how to use in the morning. Would absolutely recommend to anyone

Great customer service
I hired a rotovator to do some landscaping at home, it was the first time using one or hiring tools from WHC. An easy experience to organise drop off and collection, the team were very helpful in explaining how to use it and where to get assistance if I needed it. Great customer service, will definitely look to use WHC again in the future.

Great experience from start to finish…
Great experience from start to finish with WHC when hiring a rotovator from them recently.
Dropped of and collected when agreed. Great advice on how to use the tool.
When i had an issue, I called the shop during closed hours and left a message. Within an hour the manager called me and then visited my house (on a Sunday) and got the tool working again for me.
Best customer service I've had in many years.
Will be the go to for all my future tool hires.
Great bunch of guys. All super helpful.

Rotavator Hire - Machine dropped off and picked up at the times agreed by very pleasant and accommodating employee. Comprehensive instructions given on the use of the machine. Machine worked well and did an amazing job. All in all a great experience

Lawnmower & Strimmer
I have used the Worcester store for hire of garden machinery as a domestic client 3 times now and intend to do so for the foreseeable. I am a woman and even though I hardly know what I am talking about, when it comes to advice on what best to use for my garden they give practical advise and instructions on how to use the machinery. They even dropped it off and collected it within 30 minutes on a Saturday. I couldn't rate them enough!
