Smaller quantities of bins are despatched on a next working day delivery, larger quantities, 4 wheeled bins and any adaptions may take a day or two longer to get to you. However you can always use the live chat, email or give us a call to get an ETA.
Wheelie bins is part of the established Jaydee Living Ltd group which was established in 2006 and has many thousands of happy customers. We have supplied the likes SSE, Cambridge University and Apple to name just a few.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered a 360l wheeliebin, based on the lid design and good price shown on website. Using the frame and lid only as a top-hinged hatch on a DIY trailer-camper. Alas on delivery, very quick, lid was completely different! Phoned company, spoke to Adam, explained my reason for choosing "website" bin, straight away Adam offered to courier-collect the bin and a full refund. He then kept me informed throughout the time it took til collection, the following day emailling to say refund actuated!
What joy! A family-run small company that still has customer service at it's heart. There are a lot of other businesses that should take note.
Well done, Adam, 10 stars if I could!

I have looked into your order and can see that you placed the order after the cut off on Wednesday meaning that your order left us on Thursday. Our standard delivery period for your bin is 2-3 working days (express delivery is available). Due to the bank holiday not being a working day the order was unable to be delivered on Monday, this order was dispatched on Thursday and then had Friday and today for delivery. I have checked your tracking and can see this is out for delivery today to you.
I am sorry that you were sent an automated review request before you received your bin, but your order will be delivered within the delivery estimate. The bank holiday has thrown the automatic system out of sync. I am sorry that this has caused you to leave us a one star review. We are a small family business that strives to deliver excellence.

Reliable, but little overpriced
The bin was delivered on time. The price for green bin was a little higher than other colour bins.
The bin was not exactly as on picture but ok.

I am very sorry that you found the wheelie bin slightly overpriced, we have a lowest price guarantee and we believe we are the lowest price available to buy, even when compared to replacement charges by local councils. If you had found the same quality wheelie bin we offer a price matching service such is our belief that we offer unrivaled quality at an unbeatable price. On occasion certain colours will be more expensive due to lack of colour polymers in the moulding process. Unfortunately if this happens it costs more to produce.
Finally regarding the pictures not matching the bin, we state on our website that
'the images and dimensions we provide are for guidance purposes only. The actual product may vary depending on the manufacturing process.'
We achieve our lowest price guarantee by sourcing wheelie bins from different suppliers and that can lead to different designs. All the wheelie bins are made to the same safety, durability and build standards and are all certified to EN840. Meaning you are guaranteed to get a quality wheelie bin in every situation.
I do hope this sheds some light on the issues you had raised and of course if you would like to discuss this further we are more than happy to.

Very easy to work with the council team to get bins but still no licences for the bins so they are full but the council will not empty. Very frustrating !
