They look very smart and makes car look nice

I have emailed this company seven times asking questions in connection with placing an order, they haven't replied to any of them. That to me is a red flag. It's odd they won't answer any questions directly related to the product. I won't be ordering anything at the moment.
UPDATE... Since putting the above review on l have received one email. However, the company have avoided answering any of my questions, all l got was "some people think our mats fit perfectly and look great".. Some people!!!!!... That doesn't really say anything..

Bought the front mats first, they look stunning, so then I bought the two front seat covers, they make my car look amazing, so now I’ve ordered the rear seat covers just to finish my car off, they are so comfy and I’ve noticed that they make the car quieter, Whipmats are a fantastic company, the covers and mats are extremely high quality and the service you receive is AAAAA.

Really easy to fit,mats look great

Ordered all black carpets for my honda
On arrival they look like and feel like plastic.
Got hold of whipmats with my concerns over last 2 months been leading me astray promising they would get there CEO to contact me but no reply all I got was messages stating he would

Hi everybody do not buy from this company. They cannot make the Matt to fit your vehicle properly. They tried to do this for my Van sent me a product which is far too small then apologise and said I’ll send you a replacement. It was far too big and did not fit. I’ve been £60 on this floor Mat and all their offering is £18 refund. Do not buy from them they will scam you and take your money and send you some Rubish floor mats.

So they send you a link and if you click anything less then 4 stars, you are directed to their website. 4 or 5 stars, you are directed to Trustpilot! That says it all!
Car mats are poor quality. Coming apart after 2 month and arent even held into place strong, sliding around, needs adjusting weekly. Car covers are even worse, they dont even fit snd they refuse a refund. Also came with stains, which i emailed them about it and they instead resorted to saying the car seats dont fit because they are not made to order, they are generic! No acknowledgement of the marks and stains. Awful, awful, awful.

Firstly the customer service I have received is outstanding, these guys really care that you get products you are happy with. The boot mat I received didnt fit quite right, so they are manufacturing one specifically to ensure a perfect fit!
The car floor mats are brilliant, they fit every contour of my Mazda6 and come with plenty of fixings to ensure a secure fit.
The quality is also spot on, I cant fault it.
I highly recommend Whipmats for their products, service and value for money!

Fantastic customer service and support
I recently bought a set of mats for my Mercedes SL. I lost the fitting kit that was supplied with the mats.I contacted Whipmats to ask could they help. The response was quick and really helpful.
I now have a replacement kit on the way

I have bought other brands from well know sites but WhipMats have blown the competition out of the planet.
These come with all the required fixings, other brands do not. These look, feel much better and I'm really impressed with the Quality.

So far so good.

Please please please do not buy from this company, they are very cheap and a very bad fit, they will not offer any refunds as they say they are custom made but that is a load of rubbish, only buy if you like cheap rubbish and like throwing money away.

Do not waste your money. Shocking quality. Adverts say 'last for years', 9 months and mine are falling apart! Hardly years. £99 down the drain. Don't cover interior like they say, fitting kit is a joke, they don't work, mats slide all over the place. Seriously do not give this company a penny

Easy to fill in form, multiple questions asked such as colour, stitching and logo.
Simple payment options and before you are checking out the option of upgrades and extras before payment.
Once done, took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, once the package was opened and had instructions on what to do next,
Plenty of little extras also in the package.

Great service and communication was on point giving me up to date info on the order

Got mine today, 2026 MG HS. The fit is OK but not the best, same for the quality. They will look good once the heavy creases come out. Not worth the money at full price. Still abit rich on offer in my opinion.

They do not fit & very poor quality & when you complain & ask for a refund the most they will give you back is 50% & insist that if you wont to send them back for a full refund you do so at your expense & then no guarantee they will give you a full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM WHIPMATS A CON COMPANY

My second set. Great quality, easy to fit and wipe clean. Highly recommended

Excellent product ,bit of a struggle fitting some of the mats under the trim on my bmw but nothing to do with the mats .Looks great now it's finished ,best of all when I hoover out the car the dog hairs don't get stuck in the carpet so cuts down the cleaning time .
