Not known to give reviews, but.......
I don't generally leave reviews, however I have bought two bottles in the latest auction (early September 2026). I've got my bottles today. To say the packaging is good is doing it down. It's exceptional! There's some value in these bottles and I would have no hesitation in recommending bidders to bid in the knowledge that if they win then the parcel will arrive as it should.
Well done to the packaging team.

New courier are good but only advise delivery on the day they deliver a days notice would be appreciated

Not the best experience
Entered a bottle for sale. Bottle sold for £45. Buyer defaulted on payment. Whisky.Auction re-entered bottle at next sale (two months later) when bottle sold again, but for £26. They still charged a single entry fee (£6) which I think should have been waived completely, and also charged seller's commission. Naturally very disappointed to have received less money after their buyer defaulted, and with no meaningful compensation at all.

You can talk with an actual employee, not in a remote country, who could properly deal with question.
The first person to answer the 'phone, Naina , was interested and able enough to deal with the querie.
Very rare these days. with all of these remote firms .

Slow customer service and poor knowledge
I took two bottles to whisky.auction. One bottle was quite unique and needed some research done. After weeks and weeks of chasing they told me they could not verify one of the bottles so didn't want to sell it. I waisted so much time and money chasing them. I then contacted Whisky Auctioneer (a much better company) and they researched it, valued it and then sold it in a few days for a great price.

Happy to take your good very slow at making payment and even ssy it will be payed on certain day and then dont they have a very good boom of excuses as to why no.payment made been told it is going to be yet another 3days until payment will never use again
