More than 5 star ⭐️ service
This company deserves more than 5 stars for sure. From sunny Mallorca to not so sunny Scotland, Robert the ops manager was just marvelous to deal with from start to finish. And the two guys that dropped off my treasured belongings, Rory & George, are a credit to the company, both gentlemen was so professional and polite. Would definitely recommend this company for any removals.

The staff were very friendly and helpful explained everything and were very quick at loading and unloading. Moving house is very stressful but as soon as the first lorry and men arrived and they started loading the lorry I relaxed and couldn’t believe how fast they worked. After 2 hours another bigger lorry and more men arrived and it took another couple of hours and the house and garage was empty. I was really impressed with how hard and organised they were, and I would definitely use them again.

Professional and pleasant
Your chaps were very thorough and thoughtful. Took great care and so far nothing appears broken or missing. They worked really long hours on the moving day and the unpacking day and were unfailingly cheerful and polite. All in all about as painless as it could be, although the unpacking I have ahead of me is somewhat daunting

Apart from the originally-stated date being moved forward, which we did agree to, everything went really well, and Mike and Rory were brilliant, nothing seemed to 'phase' them. Within an hour of arriving a full inspection of our effects and furniture had been carried out and Customs form completed. There was a plan on how the removal would progress, and it was stuck to. All-in-all a very satisfactory experience for us.

I asked the company if they would take my pet fish and pet reptile with the furniture . They said they wouldn't. Even if they have space in the van, they wouldn't. So do I have to leave all my pets behind?! This company ain't worth a penny. They are complete rubbish.

Smashed our TV - told us to claim on our own insurance!!
We packed as much as we could into boxes for them (non breakables) and it took them 4.5 hours to do all the rest, but still refused to drive 45 mins down the road to unload the same night. Instead, they slept in the lorry and delivered at 10am next day! They left loads of stuff behind in cupboards, damaged walls and doors, were throwing our stuff around and even let one box fall out of the lorry! He went to stop it, then changed his mind and just let go, letting it crash onto the floor!
The forgot the big barbecue we have, tried to tell us we didn’t tell them, then shoved it up high on top of boxes. They them tree their trolley on top of it, no regard for any damage it might cause! All this as I watched in horror!
We bought them drinks and they left the cans all over the house and front garden!
On delivery we found they had smashed our TV. On calling the company we were told we had to claim on our OWN insurance! So they smash things and we still have to fix it ourselves! Utter cowboys! Avoidance is recommended!!
