Three good guys worked very hard to get everything out in time. Very grateful to Alan who packed the storage very effectively.

Only negative was booking team were very optimistic about the amount of time needed to pack and unload a three bed house equivalent, so felt a bit pressured.

Second time we have used Whites, wouldn’t use anyone else.
The men did everything that you could wish for and more. Polite, friendly, careful and super efficient.
Everything packed and unpacked with care and put where we asked.
Definite gold star.

Big reminder not to pay for HomeProtect. Feel conned. Damaged goods where not covered or protected as said.
Still very distressed over all the damage. Finding more horrors as unpacking continues. Just use another company would be my advice.

I was very impressed by the detailed and comprehensive explanation of the removal services White Company provide, their storage facility locations and the support systems in place.
The actual emptying of house contents and loading onto the removal lorry was undertaken with care and respect.

I sent a part load to NZ from Scotland and used the Dumfermline branch. The service could not be better. Instant responses to communications, most helpful, kind and efficient staff, even after delivery to NZ. It is the best experience I have had with a removal company and we have moved often, and globally during our lives. Wholeheartedly recommend the staff, quality of the move (all beautifully packaged, secure and nothing damaged).

The process from start to finish was efficient, professional and well executed.
The staff at the Dunfermline office were always very helpful and they responded in a timely manner to any removal queries.
The removal men Simon, Alan and Ryan who were allocated to our removal were very polite, cheerful and a joy to work with in a stressful situation. When an incident did arise at our new property, Simon and Alan
took full responsibility and they got it fixed as soon as possible without involving my husband and I.

A great company to deal with from initial enquiry to furniture unloading. Every member of staff I had contact with was friendly and efficient. The guys who did the move arrived early, put down protection and loaded up quickly and repeated at the other end. Excellent service and would happily recommend.

The two man team made short work of the move and managed to get furniture up a tight staircase.

The company did a wonderful job and moving process has completed as agreed. We recommend others who looking for a moving company to consider White & Company PLC.

White & co. Took over our delivery from Transworld International NZ at their London depot.
They kept us informed of progress via customs etc.
Later shipping our goods to Scotland, listened to us with regards final delivery. Based on what we told them re access at delivery address, put our items into a much smaller Transit van. Two very helpful men arrived at the door, bag on the time agreed, even unwrapping and putting together the heavier pieces of furniture.
I thoroughly recommend them and will be using them again later. John Southern

Excellent service moving our home from England to Scotland.
All employees were hard working, efficient and polite.
We would highly recommend this removal company.

Movers were polite, efficient and handled my possessions with care. The only downside was that they had placed a box marked kitchen in an outdoor garden storage box. For over a week I thought they had lost it.

Really good service provided for my move from Glasgow to Inverness.

They turned up on time, were curtious and polite and helpful and went beyond their remit to make the move as painless as possible.

Overall the service provided by the team was terrific from loading their van/s in Fife to delivering to Wirral. This however was badly soured by the damage they did to a dining table they themselves wrapped as part of the special requirements noted in the quotation/contract. Having been advised during the quotation house visit that using our own house insurance was acceptable we didn’t take the MoveProtect cover and now find although the table was wrapped by them, moved by them, offloaded by them they do not accept any liability for the damage they caused.
Still struggling to understand this to be honest and not prepared to try and claim via own insurance because of likely premium increase when the repair would be nearly impossible - veneer and badly dented.
