I purchased a island bed topper for my caravan. It arrived promptly by courier. The fit and quality is excellent. I would definitely buy from Greens again.

Shopping for bed linen can be a nightmare! What should you look for? What is thread count? Does fancy packaging actually translate to quality? Sari is an Interior Designer who was frustrated by this customer experience and by the poor quality of so many brands (think of sheets pilling after a couple of washes, not fitting properly, being incredibly difficult to iron, and so on). So she set out to create the best bedding in the world. Together with her daughters (us), she spent a year researching the industry, coming up with the best designs and finding the right partners. We work directly with our organic cotton farmers and our Fairtrade factory in India. We combine our classic designs with the finest handpicked cotton and master craftmanship to create quality bedding that is made to last. By cutting out the middle men, we keep our products much more affordable than other luxury bedding brands. We believe that everyone deserves the gift of great sleep! All of our products are certified Organic (GOTS) and Fairtrade. Our UK orders are fulfilled from our UK warehouse direct to your doorstep, so you don't have the hassle of searching through stores! Thank you for shopping with us!

Best Nights Sleep
The bedding looks great and feels very luxurious. I love that the pillow cases are so large and the sheets so deep. So impressed I ordered sets for all our beds. Delivered next day and great to know that new trees are planted for every purchase. Great idea. Tempted now by the towels …

Delighted to hear this, Penny, thank you so much!
Terrible Customer Service
I regret I did not have a good experience at all. I placed my order on 10 October and was informed it was despatched with UPS on 12 October and was due to arrive 14th October. I then received several more emails up to the 18th when it had still not arrived.
I then contacted White & Green whose reply was the label was damaged and could not be read and they would sort with carrier.
When the package finally arrived I could see why. Packaging was dreadful address label peeled off and water permeated packing. Carrier had to put their own packing on items.
White and Green apologised and said their items are usually beautifully packed in a box and they would look into. Having received nothing after that I emailed again today to be told they had already apologised and no explanation as to how packaging was so dreadful
Never again

Resposta da White and Green (U.K.)
Hi Kate, thank you so much for your review and feedback. As we spoke about on email- the courier damaged the packaging in delivery. This is a third party company and doesn't reflect our level of service and care. We are relieved that the product itself wasn't damaged. We are sorry you are not happy about this and we hope that at least the bedding is to your satisfaction. We have already spoken with the courier about this and they have taken the necessary measures to make sure it doesn't happen again.
Kindest Regards, Suzie
