Stay away!
They say they would do the price match to the companies those are much cheaper and affordable than the white knight. But then they never sent us the renewal contract. Scummy. I‘ll report this company everywhere

Anybody else get scammed by White Knight Pest Control? They are the most unprofessional company I’ve ever come across. They do nothing but lie and charge you astronomical prices. On top of that, they don’t perform the services like they tell you they will.

If I could give them no stars I would! I had them spray outside for fleas. They said that I would see a "slight increase". All it did was create a bigger problem as all the fleas seemed to run inside. When I called to complain I was told that they could come and spray inside but that me and pets would have to leave my home for 4 hours. I was told that an inside spray would only take 15-20 minutes to dry. Given that I work from home, leaving for 4 hours is impossible and a huge inconvenience. They responded by cancelling my contract and sending me a bill for $250. I do not recommend this service at all. Do your research at the Better Business Bureau as they have a score of "F".

RUN! This company is terrible and dishonest. The technicians that service the yard are often there under 5 minutes and the actual pest control is mediocre at best.

They are also extremely dishonest and manipulative when trying to cancel service with them trying to charge cancellation fees that are not in the contract. They refuse to discuss concerns about the fees over email and try to insist on phone calls (common practice in shady companies so that there is no record of what was actually discussed and so that they can claim the customer agreed to certain fees). When I told them that I was only willing to discuss fees in writing they told me that they couldn't because their customer service department "Doesn't have an email account."

Stay away. I fulfilled my contract obligations of 24 months. After the contract ended I told them I no longer wanted to continue the service. I was told that since I didn't give them a 30 day notice that I would be charged for the upcoming treatment of 59.99 and an additional 119.98 for less than a 30 day notice. I'm one of many that have experience this. Check out the BBB comments. Again I fulfilled my contractual obligations!!!!!!!

Company services early and makes you pay for extra services every year.

Beware! pushy sales person got my mom locked into a contract without any official signed contract given to her. she has now received a collections notice even after canceling from first month. sales person assured her there would be no early cancelation fees.

F rating on BB for a reason. Worst best control company, both work and service. Ellen will just cry and hang up like a child. We paid for regular service, but had a emergency where fire ants got into our closet on all our clothes. My husband, a disabled veteran, is highly allergic so THEY declared this an emergency...then didn't call us back and said they couldn't get someone out for four or five days. Then they took hours to even let us cancel our service. This company must be run by bugs (and children like Ellen) cause it is a disaster.

A 12-month contract to pay $50 a month for them to come out every other month to dust my soffits and apply chemicals.
