Sold me an item that didn’t match the item used on their website to advertise it. When confronted with pictures of the item, they agreed to refund except they wanted me to cover shipping to Canada to return the item. After I refused to do that they decided to claim that the item does match the image used to sell the shirt (absolutely does not).

If I could give this 0/5 stars I would. The WORST customer service. I ordered an item mid April, they emailed me within a day or two stating they didn’t have it in stock and never refunded me. They said it was issued and I would receive it in 1-7 days. That was weeks ago. I’ve emailed numerous times and even tried contacting them on social media to question when I’d be receiving it. A response would have been lovely. I feel scammed. It was only 60-70 dollars but now a days things are expensive so it’s very unfortunate they took my money from me. Would not order from here.

Update:
They must have seen this review and decided to email me back saying they can send it to my PayPal account. What kind of company is this.

Update 2:
They reply to this review saying email us. Yet they haven’t replied to my 3 emails. Also state they say my payment has been refunded on a website. No it hasn’t or I wouldn’t be taking the time from my day to write this review.

Update 3:
They continue to reply to this review and still don’t reply to my emails. I’d be happy to screenshot all the emails I’ve sent. So stop lying and just give me my money back. This company is ridiculous

Update 4: they say they refunded me on April 5th yet I didn’t even order until mid April so that’s impossible. I would love if your legal team could get involved so I can receive my refund.

Update 5: Now been over a month and a half, going on two months and still nothing. You’re warned, do NOT order from here

To recap: I ordered merchandise in January. I never received it.
I emailed on Feb. 5 and again on Feb. 21. They did eventually respond to me on Feb. 28, saying the item sold out right before I ordered. I don't believe that for a second. Why would they not have notified me? Why was the order listed as "Canceled" on the website?

On Feb. 23 I was offered a refund to my debit card in "1-7 days." The debit card I had used was canceled due to a fraud attempt, so I asked them to use Venmo.
On March 15, they said they could use Paypal. I gave them my Paypal ID.

It's now April 14. Have I received my refund? Have I heard one word from them? I think you can guess that I have not. White Market is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I didn't lose a fortune, but even $40 is more than I can afford to throw away right now.

Update:

Shortly after posting my latest review, received a reply from White Market. They said that since the card I used for the purchase was canceled, they couldn't refund my money to a card. They said that if I gave them my Paypal email, they would send the refund there. I must point out that I told them my card had been canceled back in February, and on March 15, I gave them my Paypal email address. There is no reason why they couldn't have refunded my money by now. It's just another delay tactic.

White Market responded to my review, telling me to email their support team at the email address I already have. This is not helpful, since I have already emailed twice about my missing order and no one has responded. The first time I emailed was on Feb. 5 and the second time was on Feb. 21. I haven't heard a word.

I recieved the wrong order earlier tgis mobth and was upset.. After seeing my review they got back to me and solved ny problem and sent my original order.. I recieved it today. Thank you so much.

Great sales and discounts! They often have promotions that make their already affordable clothes even more budget-friendly. Always a pleasant surprise.

This is completely surprising to me to see that it has a lot of good reviews knowing the site is a scam, i guess they faked the replies too... i made an order of 300$, and my friend of 1k, we both emailed the site and they replied with a broken English then never replied back and it has been more than 1 month and a helf. Be careful everyone and do report it

Love the variety! This online store has a wide range of styles for every occasion. Great prices, and I always find something unique.

I ordered 3 shirt, 1 hat and a bag, like 3 months ago. I have received only the bag. I write them on instagram, Facebook and send them 4 mails. I have no answer.
It was probably a scam.
For the answer to this, I have send an other mail, no answer again. I check every mailbox, i really think it's a scam take care.

Their customer service rocks!!! They reply to you within a business day, and if you change your mind, they do everything to make it right.

Do not use this company please. I ordered 5 different mystery gift boxes in January and only 1 arrived. It was TERRIBLE quality literally still wrapped in packing with chinese writing on (so not american or anything).

When I subscribed to their service it came up on apple pay as roughly £3.60 so I thought was worth a go!

Now I just got charged 2 amounts of £24 and one of £12 and have still only received 1 package out of 5 and am getting billed for extra things now for way more.

I have emailed multiple times to the email address they supply and had no response.

I have annoyingly now had to spend my evening on the phone to my bank getting a new debit card and cancelling my old one. Been reported for fraudulent activity and hopefully will get in trouble for this.

Terrible.

I Have put an order and it shipped to a whole different address
when I went to check the shipping address on my confirmed order I found that they changed it
do not buy from this scam website.
Update: i did contact them many times and i have proof email that they changed address not on one order but 3!!
I’m gonna take legal action soon

Absolutely under no circumstance should you buy anything from this company. Reported fraudulence and was told to “email them”. It has been more than a month with no response.

I ordered a up upcoming pornstar hoodie just for the heck of it the hoodie was cheaply made I paid 39 dollars my item hadn’t moved for two weeks I contacted the support and they sent me a different tracking link turns out my hoodie was made in China and they were lying about it being in the us and on they way to me buyer beware

I ordered 3 items and only one of them arrived. First of all, this item did not look like advertised at all. I contacted them many times about these items that did not arrive, asked what's happening with them and after some time I asked if I can get a refund. They don't care about anything and I just lost some money.

Would give zero stars if possible. Company’s address is listed in Chicago, but it’s actually in China. Placed an order 9/27 with expedited shipping, heard nothing for two weeks so sent an email. They sent me a fake tracking number “at customs” 10/9. As of today, has not shipped. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I read reviews first.

Update to response below: I was emailed 10/8 and given a tracking number, and told my package was clearing customs at that time. The tracking number doesn’t exist. Even checking just now, it is a tracking number from China and the page says “does not exist.” How could a tracking number for something ordered 9/27 with expedited shipping still not be tracked? I have emailed this company four additional times since receiving the tracking number with no response except what is written below. Many companies have merchandise in other countries but this never happens. Where is a phone number for the company? Email only, of course. I guarantee all the good reviews for this company are fake - look at the names. They are created by bots. Trust pilot needs to verify and if fake, remove them. I am demanding a refund today.

It looks like your order is just moving through customs inspection and once it clears, it should be delivered soon! You can track the item there: this is a global tracker and usually has much more updated information on your package :)

They just completely scammed me. I did not get my money back neither have I ever been near getting my products. They told the items were out of Stock and told me I could have other items, a voucher, or my money back. I obviously told them to give me my money back. White Market then showed me a "transaction" but it did not seem like a screenshot from a banking app whatsoever. It wasn't even my account they mentioned in their mail. It is ridiculous. There is no way I am not taking legal advice on this one.
