Bonjour j’ai passé une commande le 01/04 .j’ai payer et j’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande. Personne ne répond à mes mails, message Instagram,etc… c’est inadmissible.
Si ma commande n’arrive pas rapidement, je veux être remboursé.

Don’t purchase from them. Cheaply made product, item fits weird. After requesting an exchange they happily accepted my return, but never sent a new item to me and stopped responding. Had to file a chargeback a month after no response from their customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Product never shipped, order status has never updated from confirmed, customer service is impossible to reach. Had to contact my bank to dispute the charge because this company is fraudulent.

Do not buy! Fraud. Refused to respond to a refund request or respond at all, refused to follow their own return policy. Don’t lose your money like I did!

The bikini I ordered is gorgeous and the quality is very good. The sale price was also quite reasonable. Be aware, however, that their bikinis tend to run small. Overall, White Sands is certainly not a scam shop in the strictest sense of the word. I therefore don't understand why their customer service is completely unresponsive to emails, as is the case for me and many others.

Terrible company. Order two bikins and they did arrive. The bottoms were too small and 1 top so sent back via signed for Uk registered mail to Australia from Uk - cost me £17 and no refund( I have proof they were received Jan 21st) and haven’t responded to 10 emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered a bikini back in november and it never came. Tracking number says there was an error and it got sent back. I've emailed 3 times and even tried to contact them on instagram and never heard back. Horrible way to run a brand

Don’t be fooled. They advertise that they are an Australian brand and use luxury materials to make their bikinis. Not true at all. These bikinis are shipping from China. I could’ve save $90 and ordered the same thing on SHEIN or Temu for way less

Still havent received my order its been almost a month..

After reading trust pilot reviews I tried to cancel my order - they did not reply and I had to dispute the charge. They clearly have no intention to reply to customers, nor to ship their products. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Nooit meer iets gehoord nadat ik een item heb geretourneerd! Ik heb bevestiging dat het pakketje in ontvangst is genomen. Geen reactie op e-mails. Ik heb recht op een refund, maar ze negeren je gewoon.

Scam. Tracking number provided, item was never sent. Contected them multiple times, and only response was that I can return it, and how to return something that was never sent.

I orderede A bikini 95 euro , and I tot nothing.
Not even a response to my e-mails.
Itis a scam!

It arrived very quickly but it ships from China and the bikini does look the same as the ones you get from street markets in Bali. I liked the fit but it’s very sheer like when it’s wet you can see completely through the top. When I would tie the bottoms I would hear a ripping sound. I think for the price this is not worth it. The ends of the string aren’t even metal it is plastic.

I‘ve ordered a Bikini that I did not like.
Wanted to return it and therefore cotacted „customer service“ twice.
No reply, nothing.
On their website they claim to be an Australian swim brand, however the parcel was shipped from China. It is way to expensive for that.
