I can’t recommend Whittons Flooring highly enough! A huge thank you to Neil Whitton, who came out, surveyed our new build, and pointed out key issues with our downstairs flooring. Within just a couple of weeks from order, the team had our upstairs carpet fitted. They were professional, focused on our best interests, and Neil even sent an email stating the issues with the concrete slab, which got the developer to do the screeding at their expense,all based on his email. Outstanding service from start to finish!

Just had Karndeen fitted to our Sunroom, this is the 3rd room using the same herringbone design.
Whittons were really helpful, Neil visited , measured up and provided a really competitive price and we made the order.
Due to building warrant delays the flooring was delayed by 6 months, which was no problem for Whittons who kept it at the same price despite recent increases.
Flooring was layed extremely professionally by Johnathan who cleaned up at the end leaving us with a perfect new fitted and clean floor.
The old adage ‘You get what you pay for rings true’ however in this case it was an excellent price for an excellent job.
I have no reservations in recommending Whittons and will happily use them again.
If having Karndeen or any hard flooring layed I would ask for Johnathan by name to fit it.

Van parking in my space allocated to my home I asked the man to move and was told no. Said he will be getting blocked in as I need it for disabled access for my home, he eventually moved before him and his other two colleagues sat in their van for 45 minutes before even starting work. Smoking in the company van which is also illegal. Reported the drivers behaviour online to Whittons and three weeks on still haven't heard anything - clearly lack in customer service skills all around.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to share my experience on this one. Neil and the team (Alan and CJ) were amazing from start to finish. They couldn’t do more for you. It’s very apparent that they really care about their customer, quality of materials and their service. Alan the fitter, was super informative about how to take care of the carpets with spills or accidents and providing generally helpful tips on aftercare.

The staff were super professional throughout and extremely courteous when in the house, particularly with my 5 year old running about.

I think because it’s a family run business that they put in the extra effort and attention to detail. I find that some bigger carpeting retailers don’t give you the same extra touch. Great value for money too! Would 100% use this company again and highly recommend.

All staff from the ladies in the warehouse to the chaps was laid our carpet were so kind and professional . The price for the entire job was very reasonable too . We were delighted with the job.
