Paid yearly renewal confirmed (receipt/invoice available), but the Windows app can’t activate access — recovery link returned 404 and now the recovery screen loads indefinitely. Support doesn’t respond. Please fix provisioning for the paid account or refund.

Don’t use that company — they are complete scammers. There’s no option to cancel the subscription.

I'm sorry to tell you about a frustrating experience. It seems like they haven't been able to provide me with a satisfactory solution and just tell me the network instability issue. It can be really disappointing when my support is unresponsive. I have tried reaching out to them multiple times with limited responses. They are frustrated not knowing what to do next.

Сервис подойдёт для домохозяек, для работы он не годится. Купил на месяц пакет, в итоге на следующий день их сайт забанил мой айпи из-за частых обращений. Т.е. воспользоваться своим проплаченным пакетом я не могу. Написал два письма в их поддержку - без ответа. Деньги не возвращают.

Personally, I like this vpn because there are many free servers and many free ones. Doesn't load the system too much. There are speed losses, of course, but the point is that they are very small and almost not felt
