They don't respond
At first, everything seemed fine. I ordered a custom wig on August 28th. On the 3rd of September, i wrote my first Mail to check on the Order because i did not know right away, that it might take up to 7 days to finish the product. I read that by accident on their page. I got an answer, telling me that everything is fine and production started August 31th. So i waited but wanted to stay in contact with them. But no Answeres and no Updates whatsoever. The Status on my Order is unchanged, their policy alows to cancle only in the first 24hours after order and i kinda feel scammed. But yeah, it was too good to be true.
Edit1: They straight up lied to me 3 times. At the end, they just told me that there never was a parcel on it's way. If i wouldn't have responded quickly with paypal, they would've charged a product that never got manufactured. Highly problematic e-Commerce shop.

Thank you for taking the time to write this, and we are sorry. You are right on the main point: we did not keep you properly informed about your order, and the updates you received were not accurate. That is not acceptable, and it is on us.
You received a full refund through PayPal, so you were not charged for a wig you never received.
We have changed the way we follow up on orders: we no longer announce a date before the workshop has confirmed it, and every customer receives the tracking number as soon as the wig ships.
