Wholesale Halloween Costumes Avaliações 

My item was supposed to come by Halloween. It’s November and it still has not arrived and shipping info looks like it hasn’t even reached the carrier yet. Have emailed the company and heard nothing back from customer service.

I was only dissatisfied with one of the costumes I ordered for my son. The face mask was way too small for an XL child. I had to buy another as it didn’t fully cover his face and was uncomfortable to him. Some sizes run small I’ve noticed. Will need to get him men’s small size now I think.

Bought this a week before Halloween and paid extra for two day shipping and still haven’t received my item. Looked at shipping updates and it hasn’t even reached the post office yet!! This is not right.

Cheap costume, didn’t get the hat pictured with the costume. Bought another hat, that one was falling apart. Attempted to return for another, go figure... website down for repair...

Got what we ordered, on time. No problems.

The hat looks like the picture but it was a little small for my head (i could also have a larger head) i had to remove the plastic band on the inside and that helped a little. Arrived on time.

I received the product on time and I got exactly what was listed. The price wasn’t unreasonable, especially when you compare it to “party city” or “spirit: Halloween”

I was guaranteed shipping by Oct 28th. On Oct 30th I called with no package yet to let me know that they never shipped!?! Why!?! You sent out emails for a week advertising shipping by Halloween, to lie to everyone who ordered from you!?! I won't ever order anything from you ever!!!

My order was supposed to arrive on the 28th. It is now November 2nd and I still haven't received it. Had to buy a last minute costume for my child who was very disappointed. I will be expecting a refund. Do not buy from here!

The costume was supposed to arrive 10/28 and did not arrive until 11/1. After Halloween.

Arrived after

I ordered two costumes on October 22. With free delivery they were suppose to arrive by October 29. I opted to pay for expedited shipping and should have received the items by October 27. It is now November 2 and I have not received my items. I did receive an email the day after ordering saying my items had shipped and was given a USPS tracking number. Every time I check that number, the site says that USPS is still waiting for the package from the vendor.

Order did not arrive on time. Items were needed for Halloween costume.

Paid $12.99 for expedite shipping so it would arrive Oct 29. DHL kept postponing the arrival date. Finally got it Nov 1st. I needed it on the 30th. Not happy.

It’s Nov 2nd!! I still do not have the red slippers for my daughter’s Dorothy Halloween costume. Don’t promise a delivery date if you can’t have the product to the destination on or before.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE GUARANTEED SHIPPING TO MY HOUSE BY OCT 29th AND THAT DIDNT HAPPEN. THEN I CALL TO SEE WHATS GOING ON I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE IT THE NEXT DAY IF NOT THAT NIGHT AND THAT DIDNT HAPPEN EITHER. THEN I CALL THE DAY AFTER HALLOWEEN ONLY TO FIND I WAS NEVER EVEN GETTING THE COSTUME AT ALL BECAUSE DHL SENT IT BACK AND NO ONE THOUGHT TO SHARE THIS INFO WITH ME. RUINED EVERYTHING AND I WILL NEVER EVER AND BE BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN AND I WILL BE SURE TO TELL OTHERS THE VERY SAME.
