I bought the dog Christmas sweatshirt as a Christmas present. It is absolutely amazing. The sweatshirt is soft and the picture is adorable. The product did take a while to arrive so order early if your planning on giving as gift. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Would not recommend this company. Over priced for the product you get. I was so excited for my sweatshirt. I washed it on delicate and it pilled so bad that it was nearly ruined. Will never purchase from them again no matter how cute the product is.

I received the Walking Gently sweater, upon first wash (inside out, cold water, no dryer) the design on the back disintegrated. So disappointed as I had high hopes for a supposedly slow-fashion, high quality brand.

I ordered the "merry christmoose" sweater for myself for christmas this year, and it is the most comfortable, soft, well-made sweater I could've hoped for. I love how eco-conscious this company is, and on top of that they make great, sustainable clothing that's affordable. love love love.

Print of my sweater already starts to come off after beeing in the washing machine ONCE! Size is also not true to what they suggested... And it's not a good quality at all; even before i wear my shirt for the first time, it seems to be not really well sewn.

I cannot praise the support team enough! After having to change my order because they didn’t have enough crew neck sweatshirts, they gave me so many options! The alternate arrived in time for Christmas even when I didn’t expect it to! I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!

It took WC a month to rectify a return-to-sender refund. They just now refunded the purchase (Yay!). Router appears to be delivery insurance that come automatically attached to every order. It's garbage, they should stop using this service.

I questioned the ethics of the apparel I purchased. I no longer feel like I supported a good cause which is unfortunate. I get that the holiday season is a hard time in the industry but you have to be able to handle the rush if you offer site wide discounts. I hope that this season is a learning experience. I'd order again probably not until my "There is no Planet B" shirt disintegrates.

Wholesome Culture is an amazing brand and customer service y great! My order got lost and they were quick to act and fix it, I just received the replacement order and everything is amazing!

Customer service was great when I got some confusing tracking emails with my order. 3.5 overall but rounding up. Was a bit disappointed in the sweatshirts had more of a faded print and was not as dark in color as advertised. Not sure if I’d order again

Wholesome Culture needs to be UPFRONT with how long it will take to receive your product. Customer service is trash and I have no idea when I will be receiving the rest of my shipment… probably will be well after Christmas when the gifts are absolutely useless. For the price you pay it is NOT worth it. Go find a place that has sustainable clothing AND good customer service and is HONEST and FORTHRIGHT with how long it’s going to take to ship. This has been a disaster. 0/10 recommend.

My daughter-in-law loved the Merry Catmas sweatshirt. It was so cute. Great quality. Arrived sooner than expected.

Terrible customer service. An order placed over 1 month before Christmas, and will not receive the item in time. An easy solution would have been to update the shipping address, but customer service was unwilling to do so with no reasonable explanation. There was absolutely no sense of urgency, and no ability to speak with anyone on the phone. Hugely disappointing as I was excited to gift the product. When it does arrive, it will be returned. I will not be using this site in the future.

Ordered my order one month before Xmas, today December 14 it's still not ready yet. Not delivered, not produced, not ready. The customer service answers after days with vague answers and they are never sorry. The build in chat of the website is fake too: I wrote and waited 3 hours and nobody wrote me. It is just there to pretend they have it. They have no return policy, not even deletion of the order before it leaves. You have 48 hours to delete your order and, as I said, I waited 30 days for my order to even start production. They go the extra mile to pretend to be a certified company by showing only good reviews on their site. The FAQ is ridiculous so read it well before you buy from them. Unfortunately I will have to wait for my order now, a Christmas sweater, after Christmas, which of course make it useless.

My sweater is great! The material is great the print is great, the color is great and it is so cozy.

Beautiful sweatshirt. I received mine and love the artwork. Just Be Careful about where you purchase it, there are a lot of scams out there in the world.

A shirt I ordered was out of stock. Wholesome Culture was quick to let me know and gave me good options. I received my replacement shirt, and found that they had shipped two additional than what I had ordered! After some quick replies, they let me keep the other two shirts as well. I really appreciate the Wholesome Culture team, their communication, and their friendliness. I'll definitely be back!

Fit and cloth quality great. Shipped and tracked when it said it would. So cute, comfortable, medium weight sweater!

I have ordered multiple sweaters from this business. The fit is perfect and it washes well. It also feel good to buy from a company who cares about the environment. Love it.
