Great for a few short months.
I mean really great! BUT then, my tablet became plagued with ads, holding it hostage so-to-speak. Try to answer a call- NOPE gotta wait for the ad to finish its countdown. Try to switch aps- NOPE gotta wait for another ad… and on and on. Exaggerating? I wish but I’m certainly not. Call support- wipe and reboot doesn’t fix the ad issue because I believe it’s part of your program. A quid pro quo if you will, and the inconvenience is solely onto your customers!
Now 1 year later, still halfway being used as a mobile ad machine, my tablet now won’t charge. Maybe an issue with the port, maybe an internal issue, but since it’s just over a year and warranty no longer valid, OH WELL but you can still use the sim card in another device. That’s a summation of what the Rep said. If you’re experiencing any of these issues, record (with another device bc you’re forced to) and post on SM- X, reddit, fb, ig, etc.
Shame on you WHOOP!!! Your devices are nothing to WHOOP about!

I'm a single mom of a 5 year old. And I'm kinda having a hard time staying a float. Due to everything being so expensive.
Thanks to Whoop I'm able to give my daughter a tablet to help her with everything. She love it so it's helped me out so much and I'm so grateful for Whoop.
