Never received items
Do not buy from this company - they cannot the products they’re selling. I ordered two products and was told they would ship in six weeks - I received an automated email after three weeks saying things were progressing as expected. After six weeks, the items still had not shipped yet I received no communication about any delays. I contacted the company and asked for a status of my orders and I was told it would be another 2 to 4 weeks for them to be dispatched. After four weeks, the items still hadn’t shipped, and again I received no update. I reached out to the company asking for a status and I’ve yet to receive a response.
The bottom line is this company cannot provide the products they are selling in a timely manner, yet they are continuously spending money, marketing new products when they can’t even fulfill existing orders.
Do not buy from them - you will never receive your products and their customer service is absolutely horrible.

It should not take 2 months to fulfill an order, especially not for a product made entirely of standardized parts. My local grocery store can figure out how to keep its shelves stocked, this is really not that hard.
Further, it should not take weeks to hear back from customer service, and if you do, that service should be helpful. Unfortunately, Wicked Brick fails on all three counts.
Maybe they should spend less money on social media marketing and more on a consultant to teach them how to fix their abysmal timelines, poor quality control, and substandard customer service. I strongly recommend against purchasing anything from this company until they get their act together. There are plenty of other alternatives that are as good, are also cheaper, and most importantly don’t take months to receive.
delivery takes ages, wrong parts received, support not answering,
Ordered 2 display cases in december. received them after 3 months. but 1 out of 2 was the wrong one. send them an e-mail and a message via their form on the homepage. no answer still after 3 weeks. instead they send 5 newsletters a week.
I would not recommend buying from them currently. the correct deliverd case looks nice but I think they are growing to fast. inventing more and more cases and are not able to grow production and support with received orders....

WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Placed an order in January order didn’t come on delivery date. Contacted them they said itbwould be 1-3 weeks. Now been 4 weeks and no delivery and now they aren’t even responding to my emails. Cant even get a refund.

I placed an order in January 2026 and now 11th April, no order received when chased at first got a response, it will be 1-2 weeks after the intial 8 week wait, now they are ignoring emails, no updates, no product! Very poor customer service and not cheap products. I would avoid purchasing from this company.
January to April still no delivery
Place order at the end of January, email confirmation for delivery 14 March delivery , 10th of April no show still and no feed back on delivery time. Wouldn’t recommend at all, almost seems to be a scam/vapour ware site.

After making me wait 4 months for one display case after endless delays and lies I finally received my order.. oh how great that should feel.. well even with their “quality assurance” and “premium displays” it arrived broken and unusable. Shocker am I right? One corner of the base panel was snapped off and one of the support bars (which holds the item in a static position) was snapped in half. Making the entire display unusable and unbuildable. Did I forget to mention I paid £260 for the privilege of all that? I’d highly recommend you look into other companies for display cases and avoid this one at all cost. Maybe I should have paid more attention to a rating of 3.6 I’d also like to add while you wait for your item with absolutely no updates unless you demand for them yourself, you’ll receive wonderful advertising to buy more stuff from them even though they can’t get what you already paid for to your door! Embarrassing.
This service are so bad
This service are so bad. I order on January 2026 and till today april have no email sat traking number.i have call 2 times and say need to wait more 2-3 week..calling in March.. then last again last week early April say next week will get traking number and end up nothing..so I just wish to cancel it and take very long time..

Excellent product. Easy to assemble. Great service only down side was a long time waiting for product but it was worth the wait

Customer service is awful, ordered millenium falcon display box on 9th January 1st email was basically sorry we are behind as staff jad the cold, then we shall ship in 1 to 2 working weeks (whatever a working week is) and a month later atill no contact .

Put in an order on the 8th of January 2026. It’s now April and I’m still waiting for something to arrive. I send a couple of e-mails asking about progress but I haven’t received a single reply. It’s starting to look like one big scam to me. The way things stand right now I would never order again.

Firstly I never leave negative reviews. I often feel sometimes it's better to say nothing. I simply just never use them again, however I must leave this and echo what everyone has put. DO NOT buy from this company. I placed an order for jaws case on Jan 26th, I've just cancelled it today 2nd April after no show. They did at least reply but but both times they just fobbed me off with goalposts moved further and further. Time in this email excuse was a further 1-3 weeks which would take this to close to 16 weeks. Lol.
Pathetic company. They seem to make out they are crafting diamonds from the earth and it's just a case and printed back. Id swear if I could. Not often you met chancers like this. Ignore the reviews at your peril!!!

I wish I had read the reviews here before paying; I ordered on the 6th January 2026 with a 6 to 8 week lead time.
I have had 2 updates saying another 2 weeks but still no order almost 3 months later.
I'm also getting daily marketing emails from them.
8 weeks have passed since the purchase…
8 weeks have passed since the purchase and customer support keeps moving the deadline further in time, now stating another 3 weeks. As it's still not produced, I've cancelled my order and am waiting for my money.

Don’t order anything from this company, the worst customer service that I have ever received, ordered my Death Star case 12 weeks ago and still nothing, has not been made or sent. I have had several emails promising that it will be another week and again nothing, they quote on their website 6-8 weeks and this is an absolute lie, this company simply does not care one tiny bit about its customers and it is very comfortable lying, the internet is just full of terrible reviews about this company and I really wish I had known, will be chasing a refund from PayPal in another couple of weeks if not sent, thankfully I used them for payment and will update this review if anything changes.
Slow manufacturing and delivery but worth the wait.
Ordered a case on the 10th January 2026, delivered the item 14th April. Honestly it’s worth the wait. The product is amazing. Just wish they were more proactive and accurate about the time frame for delivery.
I have ordered 4 different display…
I have ordered 4 different display cases (564€) in one order on the 5th of January. So far nothing has been shipped (today is the 26th of March). They advertised 5-6 weeks before shipping, so far it’s been almost 12. I contacted support back in February and they asked me to wait 3 more weeks which I did. I sent an email on Tuesday and support hasn’t replied.
This all feels very unprofessional and I am about to file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. Stay away and pay extra for a proper company who actually respects their customers. I will update this if anything changes but I am not too confident it will.
