Trailer très spacieuse. C'est la première fois que je peux sortir avec mon garçon en vélo et il adore! Son siège spécial tomato s'installe rapidement sans problème. Le seul point négatif c'est le manuel d'installation qui ne contient pas les étapes pour installer le siège spécial tomato. Mais à part ça le trailer est un bon investissement.

I needed a part for my 13 year old cart. They had the part, shipped it quickly and I am able to pull my pups in their cart again in less than a week.I live in the US and the part shipped from Canada

The email communication and layout of their invoices were easy to understand and their website was simple other than their quantity of products being overwhelming at times.

Good. Only challenge was that instructions were limited.

I had several questions about attaching a Wike trailer to my new Surly Skid Loader. It required a new thru axle that was available from Robert Axle Project. Madison Soegtrop at Wike was quick to respond to my questions and very helpful.

Everything went fine except for a few nuts that "jammed" and had to be replacer and the screw for the reflectors that is too short.

The person I spoke with was very friendly and appreciative of my order.

Faster delivery than expected. Small dent in box from shipping but nothing damaged from it.
