Before I made my first deposit, I completed their verification and even received an email confirming that my "KYC verification was completed successfully" and my account "is now fully verified and ready to use".

However, after I made a withdrawal request, my withdrawal was not processed. Instead, a week later, I received an email saying that I was required to complete KYC verification again, this time with alternative documents, because apparently none of my previous documents had been accepted.

These are the documents I always use for verification, and they have always been accepted elsewhere. However, it seems they are not sufficient for Wildies.

When I provide an alternative document, it gets rejected as well. They refuse to explain what is wrong with my documents. Instead, they just keep asking for yet another alternative document.

I believe they have no intention of paying out my winnings and are instead dragging out the process indefinitely by repeatedly asking for alternative documents.

They aren't scammers; the first time I made a withdrawal, the funds arrived in two days. You do need to verify your account first, though.if Faster withdrawals would be best. I probably won't go back to playing, because the agonizing wait for withdrawals makes me lose patience—and if I lose patience, I end up gambling the money back; plus, they have the option to cancel the withdrawal.
