Booked the Belfast (Titanic museum)…
Booked the Belfast (Titanic museum) Dunluce Castle and Giants Causeway tour from Dublin.
Our driver Michael and Guide Brenden were fantastic, we were welcomed warmly upon arrival and considering it was a 13 hour day they kept their positive vibe the whole time. We felt safe the whole day in their hands and the history and humour was outstanding. If we had been in Ireland even a day longer we would have definitely have booked another tour with them. The locations themselves were amazing, we will have treasured memories from this trip for a lifetime.
I really enjoyed the tour
I really enjoyed the tour: the guide (I think his name was Cristian) had a great personality that made the experience even more fun. The only downside was that, given the price, I expected the guide to accompany us for at least part of the visit to the sites (the Cliffs of Moher and Galway); instead, we had two hours of completely free time at the Cliffs, and we were with the guide for only about 10 minutes in Galway. Totally recommend!
Day tour to Kilkenny, Glendalough and Wicklow Mountains
Day tour to Kilkenny, Glendalough and Wicklow Mountains. Kilkenny: short walking tour with David, our tour guide through this pleasant, interesting little 'city' (we recommend visit to medieval Rothe House). Glendalough: lovely tranquil ex-monastic settlement - David sang us a lovely song in Irish about St. Kevin in the ancient graveyard. Wicklow Mountains: past original Hollywood through wild high moorland to finish with sheep 'meet and greet' and sheepdog demonstration from Farmer Cullen with Spot, his collie. Driver Darren was great, and Guide David was exceptional - knowledgeable, funny, caring and even sang (nicely and tunefully) with his ukulele to us on long bus journeys. A memorable day out, and good value for money too!
Poor Tour Experience
I’m writing this review on the way back.
Do not book with this tour company. Especially if there is a guide named Steve O, cancel your booking.
* We arrived specifically at 5:30 and first at queue. Even though there was no reservation system, he put a “reserved” sign on the first 8 seats and did not let us sit there.
* After that, he handpicked a group of 4 American people and told them “you don’t ask too many questions,” and arranged the seating plan accordingly. These people had no health/age related issues.
* On top of that, we joined this tour to see natural locations, learn about castle, heritage site, but instead he kept talking about IRA propaganda and his personal stories on conflict 95% of the tour. At one point, he even went as far as claiming that the IRA killed fewer civilians than loyalists, which felt completely unprofessional. Tour company keep protecting this attitude instead of resolving issues as customer focused.
Other issues:
* The WiFi did not work properly
* Stopover locations are just gas station on the road. They stop in small villages on Scotland Highland Tours.
* The Belfast tour section felt rushed and poorly handled by the guides
*They are not licensed guides and ask for tip at the end of the trip.
The only good thing was that the locations themselves were naturally beautiful. With a different tour company, this experience could have been much better.
Afterwards I also saw that many other reviews mention similar issues. I wish I had read them before booking.
A very nice trip
A very nice trip, wonderful. Mr. Steven O. was very engaged, full of knowledge and interesting facts. Thank you very much and I recommend it wholeheartedly.
Wild Rover tour, Cliffs of Moher and Galway
The tour was brilliantly organized and timed, with flexibility when the commencement of the tour was disrupted by the Dublin Half Marathon. Maurice, (Guide0), and Joe, (driver) were a great team and provided informative and entertaining commentary throughout. As a group of blind people we were assisted with dignity and professionalism when required and our experience was truly one to remember.

Vandaag van Dublin naar de clif of Moher en plaats Galwin geweest. Tourgide Dave en driver Sarah, wat een fantastische combinatie. Genoten.
Must do tour of Cliffs of Moher
My tour to the Cliffs of Moher, Galway City, wild Atlantic way, Atlantic Edge, Ocean walk was with tour guide Josh and bus driver JP on Sunday 9/28/25. They were excellent, fun and informative!
Visit to Cliffs of Moher and Galway…
We visited Cliffs of Moher and Galway for a day trip on the 2nd of September 2025. Josh the guide was very good and gave us details suitably mixed with humour along the way. The toilet stops were adequate. We were given adequate time both at Cliffs of Moher and Galway. Though we covered more than 600 km we never got tired. Our thanks to the driver (PK or KP) - an absolute expert driver- never felt he was driving rashly. Overall a wonderful trip. Sandip & Sraboni Kumar (from India) & Debika Sareen (fromUSA)
Cliffs of Moher is Amazing!
As we were checking in for the tour, the guide asked me my first name. I said my first name but he could not find it on the list. I think he asked me a couple of times again what was my first name and kept saying what it was. Sounding annoyed, he then asked to see my ticket so I showed him the voucher on my GetYourGuide app. On the GetYourGuide ticket my last name was written before my first name. And this guide, Chris, had the gall to say THAT IS YOUR FIRST NAME! Excuse me! I think I know what my first name is! I have no idea why GetYourGuide did that. We went in the bus and we were met by this driver, Joe, who was saying 1, 2, 3 at me. It took me a second to realise he was asking how many persons in my group so I said 3. He pointed to where we could sit. The next few passengers then were greeted with all smiles, how many are you, where are you from and all the pleasantries! I am not asking for special treatment but a simple good morning would not hurt you!
Anyway, Cliffs of Moher was amazing! The parents were happy! That was the whole point!
Viaggio terribile
La gita é bellissima ma il viaggio in pullman é stato TERRIBILE. Il ragazzo che parla al microfono non sta zitto un secondo per tutte le 7 ore totali di viaggio.

The Tour guides were amazing
The Tour guides were amazing. Dave was very much fun, knowledgeable and friendly. All very punctual.. Had enough time at each stop. Mick the Driver was friendly and interactive when we stopped. The coach was very clean. Dolly was also fab.

The Belfast//Northern Ireland tour was great. Our tour guide, Elisa, was FANTASTIC. She was extremely knowledgeable and personable and made an effort to speak to every guest. She was so organized and made sure everyone was looked after. If I was starting a tour company, she would be my first hire.
For anyone looking to explore beyond Dublin
I recently went on a day tour of Giants Causeway, Belfast City & Dunluce Castle Day Tour from Dublin, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. We were with guide Kevin and driver Warren. The entire day was perfectly organized, allowing us to explore a diverse range of attractions without ever feeling rushed.
The day started early with an easy, punctual pickup in Dublin. The coach was very comfortable and clean, with large windows for great views along the way. Our tour guide was welcoming and knowledgeable, keeping us entertained with fascinating facts about Irish history, Northern Ireland, and local folklore.
Our first stop was Belfast (Titanic Museum). At the beginning of our trip we should choose between Black Taxi Political Tour and Titanic Experience. Tour guide explained the difference in details, expectations you may have - all this was important for each to make a right choice. I chose the Titanic Museum. We had about 2 hours to explore this impressive, interactive museum, which gave an incredible insight into the story of the Titanic, its construction, and its tragic voyage. The museum is huge, so while you could spend more time there, the allotted time was sufficient to see the highlights without a hurry.
Next, we made a stop at Dunluce Castle, perched dramatically on the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Although it’s a ruin, it’s incredibly picturesque, and we had time to explore and take photos. Our guide shared the intriguing history of the castle, which made the experience in this majestic ruin even more special.
Then we visited Giant’s Causeway. We had ample time to walk around, climb the iconic basalt columns, and take in the breathtaking scenery. The natural beauty of the area is unbelievable! For those who are tired or have some health problems (or prefer not to walk the full distance) there is an option of taking a shuttle to the site for just 1 pound/1 euro one way.
After a full day of exploring, the journey back to Dublin was relaxing. Our guide kept the energy up with more fun stories, and we even made a quick stop for refreshments. We arrived back in Dublin at the scheduled time, which was perfect for those with evening plans.
This tour is a must for anyone wanting to experience the best of Northern Ireland in a day. The pacing was perfect, the sights were breathtaking, and the logistics were flawless. The combination of historical sites, natural beauty, and cultural attractions made it a well-rounded and unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore beyond Dublin. What is more, they include all entrance fees.
Great Tour Experience
I booked this tour with my school and friends. The service was excellent and very well organized. Our guide, Sarah, was funny and kind, and she provided us with all the information we needed.
The tour started with the Cliffs of Moher and ended in Galway City. The only downside was the limited time at each location, but on the plus side, this allowed us to see more places in one day.
I definitely recommend this tour for its excellent organization.
A disaster! A nightmare
Do not travel with Wild Rover Tours!
They are rude and violent people both drivers and guides! When I was getting in bus I asked them to let me sitt on the first seats but the driver said they were reserved for mobilities.( I have Restless legs Syndrome but when I was booking the journey on booking.com I did not see any option regarding on additional services or asking if we have any kind of disability.) They let other people who were not old nor disable sitt on first seats. I only asked 3 times to let me sitt there.
Then the driver screamed "Get off". I was shocked and refused, so he called police! He could have told me you either get off of this bus and try other buses or sitt where you are , but not only he asked me to get off he also didn't let other buses to get me in, the other tour guide screaming " Go Away, Go away" looking at their eyes scared me, I left because i thought if I even get in ,they might leave me alone in another city hundreds kilometes away from Dublin, exactly what they did to other people when I read the reviews! I saw in other reviews people call them racists, aggressive, not even let them talk on phone.
They totaly damage my trip in Dublin. They let me leave Ireland with a very bad impression!
I had a very poor customer service…
I had a very poor customer service experience this morning with a customer service agent. While the tours themselves that I took were good, we had a medical emergency and were offered no flexibility with our booking. While I understand the policy, the customer service agent became extremely rude and aggressive, talking down to me. I enjoyed the tours I took with this company but this soured my experience.
