What a little gem of a place this is, Jaz is a super guy who was friendly and helpful, the car I purchased was as described and more, and I am extremely happy with it. Jaz also went above and beyond to get us the best deal for part exchange on our car.

Highly recommend Williams Group and won’t hesitate to go back when it’s time for a new toy 😉👏

Can’t fault the sales process, very friendly and helpful. All just goes downhill if there’s a fault with the car, don’t expect to hear back. The first 2 issues I got ‘I’ll check with the workshop manager and come back to you’. Surprise surprise didn’t hear back. And 3rd issue I was ignored completely. Now it’s outside the warranty and I have a Range Rover with electrics that are faulty so don’t even want to know how much that’ll set me back. Many of the reviews on here are the same. Shame, I won’t be recommending them or buying a car from them again!

I was able to reserve the car I wanted over the phone and then test drive it a week later. The car was what I was looking for and there were no issues. I was able to pay for the car and take it away within a few hours of arriving. There was no hard sell and it was a relaxed atmosphere.

I made an internet inquiry to the Williams Group Maidstone about a Range Rover they where selling on Sunday morning, within an hour Scott had called me to see if he could help. He advised me that he was on his own so the car would not be washed for viewing, but he was more than happy for me to pop down. When I arrived with my wife Scott was washing the car and said to me I thought I should do it as first impression's count, he was not wrong the car looked fantastic inside and out, and the choice of cars they had was exceptional.
Scott handed us the keys and advised that they don't follow you around the car and look over your shoulder, he said take your time and if you want to take the car for a drive just let me know. 40 min later we were out on the road, very happy with what we had seen and the test drive toped it off. We did not decide immediately as it was a huge investment but went away to think about it, again no hard sell pressure that it could be sold while we decided, Scott just said give me a call and let me know. I called him in the week and placed a refundable deposit on the car to stop it being sold, until we could return the following Sat for my wife to drive it and also take a look at Tesla car they had up for sale. We did not like the Tesla as it did not compare to what we had already looked at my wife took the Range Rover for a drive and we decided we wanted the car. Scott then took us around the car to make a note of anything we wanted doing, and agreed to everything even an engine oil and filter change and new MOT although the car still had 8 month MOT left on it. We brought our last car from Big Motoring World and to be fair would have gone back to them but they no longer let you wander around to look at cars you have to pick on on a screen and they bring it to you, I thought this idea was awful I want to compare cars, but Williams Group Maidstone was totally the opposite and Scott the sales man and Jazz the manager could not do enough for us. Like everyone I read some of the bad reviews on Williams Group and most people who chose to leave a review is normally because they have had a bad experience, but my advise is don't be put off go and have a look around you wont be disappointed with the Maidstone Williams Group team. Lastly I will add I did have an issue with the battery but I called Scott who asked me to bring the car down, they tested the battery but could not find any issues or fault codes, but still replaced the battery with a new one, and asked me to let them know if I have any further issues. Great work Scott and Jazz.

Getting fed up of calling & emailing.

Purchased a vehicle from Williams select Manchester via Ryan Shufflebotham and sent him photos of the mot and diagnostics checks that were required for this faulty vehicle and was promised a refund.

Nearly 6 months on since sending the photos I am still having to chase this.

Will remove review upon payment

Traded in my old vehicle, new vehicle is great however still waiting for my money. Left messages, emailed multiple times and nothing for almost three weeks. Can I please have a response??

Purchased a BMW X3, the service provided by Williams Group was excellent.
One of their Sales executive's Chris kept me updated at all times on the run up to the collection of my vehicle and ensured it was available and ready by a deadline when I needed it.
He personally went above and beyond and even called me back on one of his days off!
So far the car is great with no complaints and i wouldn't hesitate to consider Williams Group again when purchasing a new car in the future.

Jaz and Sanjay across both of the branches of this Dealership have been excellent and professional all the way through.

Love my new car I got through them albeit with a minor issue that was immediately planned to resolve 👍🏼

Recently bought a Skoda CityGo for my daughter and dealt with Neil for the test drive and information. He was very helpful and proactive in his approach. It took me a couple of days to confirm it was the right car and Neil was on hand for the whole process.

The paperwork and pick up was really straightforward and their after sales service has been great. I would highly recommend. They're a little out of the way but well worth the travel. I met Daz on the actual day of pick up which confirmed they are professional and straightforward to deal with. I would highly recommend.

Recently purchased a Porsche Cayman, dealt with Neil initially, on the day of test drive and viewing of the car, was looked after by Daz.
Travelled 5 hours on various trains to view the car and collected by Daz from the local train station. 👍🏻
Car was as described, had viewed photos on their website and was sent a video of the car.
Made the decision to buy the car on the same day deal done 👏🏻👏🏻….. and drove 5 hours back home.
Love the car and well worth travelling so far, Neil and Daz were very supportive, no high pressure selling and genuine

First Class Service, how car buying should be

Bought a car from Williams Group Maidstone and process was brilliant. Video of the car and everything explained very very clearly. Was well chuffed with the car and price I paid and first class service all round from Scott whom even picked me up from the train station in Maidstone. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car from them again, too class in every department

I collected my vehicle on 14th March 2023 having viewed and agreed the price the week before. I took out one of there warrantees. I have delayed my review in order to assess their aftercare service.
Firstly this company is not a car showroom. Therefore do not expect to be pampered in a luxurious building. You will not get the chocolates, flowers or champagne. However, you will find the vehicles are priced accordingly and are extremely competitive. (No big overheads to pay for)
My sales person was a guy named Chris. He was always available on the telephone for me and made sure he picked us up from Maidstone train station on the day of collection. I found him to be honest and straight talking. Jaz, the sales manager, was also most helpful.
The warrantee I bought was run by Williams Group themselves. (I was a bit sceptical to say the least) it was agreed that I would take the vehicle to a specialist garage which I did. The results were generally good although a few issues needed dealing with. This work has now been completed. I am pleased to report that the garage that carried out the work were paid directly from Williams Group within 24hours (very sharp). All I did was put one company in touch with the other. I did not have to pay first and claim back later.
I found this company to be extremely fair.

I can understand why Williams Group Limited have a visit by appointment only policy.
Quality cars at decent prices.
We went to view a couple of Range Rovers, there was no pressure on their part, the cars were lined up ready to be viewed both keys were handed over and we were just left on our own “ in a nice way “ to inspect them if there were any issues or questions at that point all we had to do was ask Scott, he was ready to answer but it didn’t take us long to decide which one we wanted to take out for a test drive, anything that Scott needed to show me regarding its features was ready to explain, we had a enjoyable time and we brought it

last thing to say I do recommend the extended warranty that they offer for piece of mind hopefully it won’t be needed but I’m driving my car for the next 3 years knowing it will be taken care of if necessary.

Bought an Alfa Giulia from Scott who treated us very well. There was a small issue with the car but that was easily sorted as part of the 30 day warranty. Very happy overall :)
