I had been searching for a particular car for some time and came across one for sale on the Williams Group website. In the first instance, I was pleased to hear that the Williams Group has a high standard of car purchasing selection.
I found my dealings with the sales person, Russell, to be friendly, efficient, honest and reliable. This was reassuring and helpful, given the fact that my car inquiries occurred over the phone, with me living hundreds of miles away.
From my experience when purchasing a car, an unexpected issues arose. The Williams Group, I am pleased to say, arranged a quick and very reasonable approach to resolve the matter.
I am now the very happy owner of a car and would highly recommend a car search and purchase with the Williams Group.

Russell was great from start to finish. I expressed interested in a F Type R, he sent me a video detailing in and out. I arrived for a test drive and managed to compare against V6 S. The sound and experience meant I chose the v8, and thereafter the sales process was seamless. I was allowed to check with car with a RAC test, he addressed the queries I raised and I picked up for collection with a 1 year warranty for peace of mind.

A great dealership and I’ll definitely use them again.

The staff at Williams Group Wolverhampton were extremely helpful in helping me obtain a superb Porsche. The car was perfectly prepared & in excellent order. Connor & Carl who kindly collected me from the station certainly know the motor trade & indeed this particular car. Tracy was most helpful during the pre sale phase answering my numerous questions as well as handling a very smooth car & documentation hand over when collecting the car.

Dealt with Qas prior to pick up and Adam on the day of collection, customer service was fantastic and even though they were busy I was never rushed through the process. Needed a couple bits sorting after collection as well and nothing was an issue. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again guys.

I’m very happy with my car buying experience at Williams Group. Russell provided a very helpful and clear video tour (I live in Scotland) and answered all my questions swiftly. After being picked up from the station I found the car to be exactly as described and so we sealed the deal including the warranty add-on. On driving back up North there was a minor issue with the car (wheel sensor failure) but this was put right very quickly by my local Mercedes garage after Williams promptly actioned the warranty request. That is very good service - thank you!

Very happy with the car and the price. The service was good before I collected the car, but I had to chase a lot to get issues resolved after I picked it up. To be fair, the handover was efficient but very rushed, it wasn't a special experience! I would buy again though, as the car is great.
