The vanity is so beautiful! We’re in the middle of our bathroom remodel and I can’t wait to get in installed! The delivery service was top notch too.

The vanity is good quality. Ease of ordering. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is the delivery team. I was called and emailed with the delivery time. That was great, however they will just take it off the truck and place outside. Usually with my single family home this would not have been an issue, this was a condominium in a big city on a moderately busy side street. They arrived one hour early, It was raining and my son asked if they could move it into the lobby (no stairs and double doors) 5 feet from where they unloaded it. They said NO. I called before the delivery to ask if there was a different delivery option I could pay for and was told no. This being the only option for a piece of expensive furniture is unacceptable. My son had to sit in the lobby steps to make sure someone didn’t walk off with it until we could get a second pair of hands to bring it inside. Besides the delivery process the company and the product seem great.

Item quality is excellent and process from order to delivery was timely and smooth.

Great selection process. Despite being out of th counter I selected I felt the options we went over via text were helpful and I liked the marble counter I received more in the end.
Delivery was easy but expensive. Ended up being about $600 in shipping and delivery costs to being inside and up stairs. (Just fyi) Not sure if this is th going rate, but wanted to make note.

My two nordic white oak bath vanities were just delivered yesterday. They came very well packed. I cannot wait until they are installed. Both styles, Malibu & Orlando are unique - not like anything I've seen before. Thank you Willow Bath!

The vanity I wanted was not in stock. They had many more styles that were in the show room and not on line. They sent me great photos on the actual unit so I could approve it. There was a problem with one handle and they replaced it right away. Highly recommend.

I purchased a Malibu double vanity earlier this year for a remodel project. I couldn’t be happier with it! The quality is excellent. From the smooth paint finish to the dovetail joints and soft close doors and drawers, it was better than expected. But the best part of the purchase is the customer service. One of the sinks recently got cracked, so I called to see if the company could recommend someone to repair it. They didn’t, but sent a new sink which arrived the next day! I would highly recommend Willow Bath and Vanity to everyone.

I don't think that I could ask for better service; maybe the best I've ever had. The vanity looks beautiful, the countertop looks beautiful. It will be a few months before it is installed but I don't see any obstacles.

Michael and Daniel were excellent. Delivery was prompt, everything was opened so it could be inspected, and there were no issues.

Delivery coordination was also clear and happened with no issues. Very happy to see our desired vanity and storage cabinet delivered safely and without issues
