Laura made a difficult and delicate subject very easy to understand. Her professionalism and subject knowledge was beyond reproach.
She is very friendly and happy to explain things until you understand them thoroughly and throughout our time with her she was keen to keep things as easy as possible and not let us worry about anything.
We would not hesitate to recommend her and on occasions have done so.
The most important aspect for my wife & I when making our Wills & LPAs was to be comfortable with & to trust a virtual stranger with very personal & important information relating to our finances & future plans. We found those qualities in Laura.
We knew very little relating to the complexity of making a will, & the type of will we would require that would best suit us. Laura explained the whole process in detail & was able to answer the many questions we were asking.
You felt that time was never an issue for her. In fact she visited us on four separate occasions during the whole process so we could digest information before going on to the next stage.
I found her to be friendly, pleasant & knowledgeable & I have had no hesitation in recommending her to friends who are looking for a similar service.
