Words cannot describe the absolute cheap and nasty fabrics used in the 6 items I have received. No consistency in the sizing and appalling finishing.
The only thing worse than the clothes is the circus of emails you are put through when you ask to return the items…. A total farce under the banner of “ support”..
No one would wear the rubbish I am left with and having been totally worn down by the nonsense offers of 10% then 20% .. I accepted 30%.. but I am so angry that they are getting away with taking money from trusting people and getting away with it..SCAMMERS…. AVOID!

Absolute rubbish goods, bad quality and not as advertised as a LONDON company. I too should have read the reviews before purchasing. Not an easy process to return and costs much much more than the price of the goods and of the standard postage.
Please stay away from this company………

Would give no stars is that was available. Chinese company masquerading as British selling the cheapest polyester tat in hideous colours that do not resemble their adverts. In view of what others say about the returns procedure I shall cut my losses and try to give my dress to a charity shop although I doubt if they will accept it - it is worthless.

The products 2 linen dresses are absolute rubbish, not linen , not right size,I'm just trying to get a refund. The advertising images show a high end business based in London, its not i checked on companies house website not known a full blown con do not buy from these dishonest people, I'm going to raise this issue with my bank. The don't deserve 1 star

Tried to return an item (poor quality material and craftsmanship). Advised would need to ship to China at a cost of $30-50. Very misleading that they are called Wilson&Carter London. Does not mention this anywhere on their website. I would give zero stars if I could. Trading Standards will not get involved as they are based outside the UK and therefore not subject to UK laws. AVOID

Utterly appalling. Take weeks to process an order but can't possibly cancel the order a week before it's been dispatched and the customer service agents just ignore what you're saying to them and repeat the same rubbish over and over again.

This is a company you should avoid. I should have read the reviews on Trust Pilot before I ordered their men's shorts.They arrived after 3 weeks and are very poor quality This company does not exist in London but in Asia. It is my belief Willow and Carter is operated by the same guy who owns Picadex. Check out the Govt website on these company's. Picadex has no warehouse in Birmingham at the address given as I checked on Google maps. Both these company's contravene UK trading standards and should be struck off. Do not be fooled by their well put together web sites

One of the worst experience. Item has been returned back to the seller as necmver collected. I haven't got any refund after my parcel has been lost on the way back. Company asked me to contact the delivery company despite they could do it themselves, initially, lying that they couldn't

This clothing website is dishonest.. the garments I received today are of appalling quality. I paid a decent amount for 3 items.. each are badly made out of synthetic materials and not worth £10 collectively!!! They are impossible to wear and impossible to sell on. I have an address in China to send the goods back but I’m not hopeful for the full refund they promise. Please DO NOT buy from this overseas website you will be absolutely gutted and frustrated if you get caught in their scam!!!! Unfortunately I made the mistake of reading these reviews after I placed my order. I can’t warn you enough!!!!

Not as advertised, terrible quality fabric and ridiculous fit. Baggy neck line, pockets sit on waist. I couldn't tell you what the fabric was, only not linen, as there are no labels ANYWHERE, just a cheap W&C self printed label with no sizeing or prices on it. It also took weeks to arrive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAM.

Dress bought early this month. Waited ages for delivery. Wish I had looked at reviews before I bought- dress described as cotton/linen mix. It was was cheap synthetic, weird shape, no labels showing material content/washing instructions/where made. Piece of junk.
Have had email offering 10% refund immediately but no clue as to what happens next. Not sure whether to see what happens or write it all off to experience!!!!

This is dreadful company to deal with don't touch it with a barge pole they do not return your money and the stuff they sell is utter rubbish it's all false advertising it is just Chinese crap they should be stopped from trading.

They are scammers based in China. The products take ages to arrive and are rubbish quality. When you want to return they say it costs $40-$50 . They offer you a replacement or 15% of your money back, despite saying easy returns on their website.

Company...is a fraud.....items take over 2 weeks to reach you....because shipped from a sweat shop in china.....there is no london shop.....quality is crap. Size is no where near....they dont respond to emails when you want to return the crap sent!

Seriously, is there anything we can do to stop these scammers from operating? We’ve all had the same experience but have only found this out when it is too late. It’s so frustrating.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent purchase from this company. The dress I received was of very poor quality, far below the standards advertised on the website. Most concerning, there was a noticeable stain on the garment that appeared to be blood. This is completely unacceptable for any new item of clothing, both from a hygiene standpoint and a quality perspective.
The fabric was substandard, and the construction was sloppy, with uneven stitching and loose threads. I immediately contacted customer service, providing photographs of the dress and the stain. At the time of writing, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or resolution.
I am requesting an urgent replacement with a properly inspected, clean item or a full refund. I would strongly caution other potential customers to carefully consider ordering from this company until the quality control issues are addressed.

DO NOT buy ANYTHING from this company. It is obviously one big scam. Any lawyers out there? How can we stop them trading? We have laws surely in the UK to stop these criminals trading - how come they’ve been able to dupe so many people out of £1000 s for so long ? I wish I’d checked trust pilot first but why would I. It’s a great business model- send out absolute crap for high street prices and then only offer a % refund cos they know no one’s going to spend $50 sending it back to China. Must be making a fortune out of tat.

BEWARE SCAMMING BUSINESS

I ordered thinking it was coming from London, it absolutely doesn't it comes all the way from China and took over 2.5 weeks.

I had to order elsewhere for the christening I was attending so intentionally due to the lateness I informed them they could have it back. They wanted 30 - 50 euros to send back! And tried to say we'll refund 10% if you keep told them no you can refund it in full not paying to send back at that rate. They then offered 20% refund! I thought at that point I might as well keep it and opened the parcel to try on. Wow! It's not even the same dress that is advertised. The colour does not match, the pleats do not match ans there is no thread as shown on the picture to hold the waist tie on! I can't believe how different they are! The dress is also EXTREMELY poor quality and the stitching looks so bad. It isnt even worth £1. I have paid £29.95 for a terrible dress even Shein has better standards. I have since gone back with a picture and said I demand a full refund. I will do my up most to get this company squashed and taken off the Internet. You scammers, with your website that does not reflect anything like what uou get shocking, shocking, shocking DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!

Why are companies like this allowed to trade in the UK? Complete load of shit! False advertising, bot bollocks posing as Emily. I am contacting my bank for a refund and reporting this company as fraudulent.
