Great customer service
Great customer service. Kate, Katie were very helpful when I contacted them. When I was vacating, I was offered a cup of coffee at my visit of vacating, which really was impressive. Good customer service.

Massive increase in rent
Wilson’s took over ownership of the storage units where I rented a unit. Rental price increases then took place every six months with the first one being 6%. The following increase was a massive 30% so I terminated my lease.
