Understanding, excellent communication from staff members.
Allowed access to the company van for transporting goods from one place to the storage facility for free for 4 hours.

Dusty contents
My things were covered in heaps of dust. Thought the storage unit would be pretty well sealed, but apparently not.
Other than that, communication was pretty good.
