No support when things go wrong
I used Wilson Storage Bentleigh East to store an apartment’s worth of furniture etc. while I was overseas for 18 months. I originally had a good experience until I moved out in November 2024 when I discovered that the roof had leaked at the facility above my unit and poured water into my unit, leaving me with mouldy and rotten clothes, mattress, couch and linen. It has caused me thousands of dollars of damage. Despite numerous emails and telephone calls I have never received a response to my request for compensation. I would not recommend.

First time storage user - excellent support
From first contact the team at Wilson East Bentleigh were very helpful and provided a storage solution that fitted my needs. Moving items in was easy with a large capacity van available. It’s an excellent facility with plenty of trollies etc. I’m very glad I decided to use Wilsons Storage.
