Very friendly, very helpful and cooperative.

I have been using storage king knoxfield for a while and experienced 4 different manages, and now when it changes to wilson storage, and Fiona and Liam came, I'd say they are one of the best managers, always helpful, attentive and down to the earth, I noticed the noisy exit roller gate is also fixed after they came, so they are really doing the jobs to make here a better place. They leave you alone yet always there when you need help. Really happy, wish this place will become better and better and my business grow with it: )

Easy and convenient, although since changing to Wilson, the Knox facility has not been at the standard we've been used to. It often looks messy, dirty and not swept, and there are often no trolleys to be found near the entrances. Previously, the site was always spotless and trolleys were always kept tidily near the roller-door entrances and stairwells.

Staff were friendly and efficient. We were arriving close to closing time and the person remained to ensure that we could get access and complete the paper work.
