I loved dealing with John in Sandringham! Very helpful nothing was a bother. Customer service was excellent I always felt listen to.

Friendly and helpful staff, facilities are clean and well maintained. Only suggestion is to oil the roller door , makes a screeching noise which is hard to hear over and over , overall and excellent experience and would use agin for sure.

John booked us into our storage from day 1 and was the there to kindly thank us for our time when we gave our 30 days notice. Nothing was ever too hard. He helped us when we lost our access card, was always amazing when we had to keep updating credit cards on the system, allowed us to stay in the storage locker after we changed out minds to stay longer and was kind enough to end our 28 days notice earlier as we didn’t need the full 28 days to vacate. Just wonderful! If we ever need storage again, we now where to come and don’t hesitate to tell all of our friends and family how awesome our experience was!
The facility is always easy to access (via security card) and it is clean, tidy and secure.
Thank you for making our 1year stay…which turned into more like 3 years, amazing!

Incredibly friendly service! Today was my last day using the storage facility after 2 years as I have moved house to the other side of Melbourne - I have used the hire van’s multiple times and both Brett and John made the whole experience so stress-free and easy. Great experience at Wilsons! Brett was very helpful and made it a fuss free experience. The storage unit was extremely clean and well positioned in a secure complex, and the van rental option takes the hassle out of hiring from elsewhere. I highly recommend Brett and Wilsons!

Both Brett & John were very professional, helpful, pleasant & supportive of the strain involved in packing up & moving. The actual storage was secure, which I would expect: the pre payment reminders were very helpful.

Originally spoke with Denise and then John showed me around and completed the paperwork, the facility is always clean and a pleasure to visit as I try and sort out 40 years of accumulated items, some might say clutter as we downsize from a three bedroom house, carport, double garage and numerous sheds on a 1,300 square metre plot in Sandringham just 100 metres from the storage facility to a 2 bedroom apartment 3 minutes away in Highett.

Both John and Brett have been really helpful.
