Wilson Storage - South Melbourne Avaliações

Professional storage company Facilities are clean and up to date, so is security protocols. They may be among the most expensive but the extra is worth it.
Special mention to Terry and prior to that Anita, as managers of the Sth Melbourne facility. Very friendly and assisting .
Highly recommend this facility but am aware of other Wilson Storage facilities and they are all good

Terry was responsive and friendly when I needed to downside from a large storage space to a smaller one. he totally impressed me by making it happen in the day I called and gave me time to move my stuff across, padlocked the new smaller one, transferred the credit payment across for the new one. So it all happen smoothly. Greta team in South Melbourne. Thks

These guys were thorough, patient and interacted beyond just the job role. He also provided useful tidbits in terms of what to expect from storage and some of the small risks creating realistic expectations. They always seem down for a chat but don't force it on you.

The paperwork side on Wilson's seems to lack conciseness and clarity though... but it's not a real problem.

Utilised Wilson storage in Sth Melbourne location of 5 yrs. Seamless experience moving in, friendly staff. Clean and secure facility

I would like to appreciate the help and support received from Terry in arranging a storage space as I was based in Sydney and had to coordinate remotely but the service received from them was exceptional. I would definitely recommend them.

Trudi was amazing and had made interstate transfer of my belongings so easy. She kindly took care of my stuff when it came unexpectedly early without my presence. Highly recommend this facility and their excellent service.

Excellent facility, great location and staff fantastic to deal with. Highly recommended.

Terri

Trudy was amazing when we needed urgent storage late on a Friday afternoon.
She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
Five star service all the way.

Responsive, secure and reliable

Very clean and secure facilities. Trudy and Terry both very helpful. I have no hesitation recommending here for storage. If I ever need storage again in the future, Wilson will be my first preference.

The storage unit and facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and accommodating to my inquiries even though we were based abroad at the time of move-in.

Was glad to be able to book a storage Unit from overseas before I arrived, and your consultant set me up with an ideal size for what I'm storing. Happy with the price as well.

Very efficient, friendly and easy to deal with.

Storage is well managed but the increasing cost has made it unaffordable.
