We have used Wiltshire Tyres the last few years. They always communicate well - Nas is good on the phone and in person. I called today asking if I could get an MOT and luckily they had a space this afternoon. The mechanic who worked on my car was very good and again, good communication.

The mobile tyre fitting service was helpful, efficient and good value for money. I made an error with the tyre size and they were understanding and waved the extra callout fee which is appreciated. Great company - will use them again.

I am looking after a car for the first time following a divorce. Getting it serviced and MOTd felt intimidating. Kia garage quoted me £394 for a full service. As a single mum, this is lots of money.

I was recommended Wiltshire Tyres in Royal Wootton Bassett, the lady on reception took me under her wing right away. I'm really sad I don't know her name but she is incredible. I never once felt intimidated, she explained everything to me really clearly and was kind.
Since then, my car had a puncture and she organised the repair super quickly. The Mechanics were also approachable and friendly.

To anyone who finds going in to a garage scary and that you might be out of your depth, I can't recommend Wiltshire Tyres in RWB highly enough, they do the best job, they will put you at ease and they genuinely care.

As for the lady, please promote this woman. She is a credit to your company and a real woman's woman. Because of her, you have a loyal customer in me forever more.

Being new in the area and needing new tyres I reached out to my neighbours and fellow villagers who recommended Wiltshire Tyres. The service I received was exceptional, great prices, great customer care and seeing the constant flow of happy customers let's you know you're in the right place. I'll be booking my cars' MOT and service with this remarkable team when they are due.

As a family, and the business that we run, we have 6 vehicles, none of which are in the prime of life, the combined mileage is over 750,000 miles. Wiltshire Tyres in RWB keep us on the road. Kate and her merry band of men are always eager to please and get us back on the road again. Many thanks.

UPDATE: I've just had a call from Wiltshire Tyres and they have been brilliant. I sent them the evidence I had which they reviewed and called me directly with a solution which is all I wanted. Yes the wheel shouldn't have been damaged but they have taken responsibility and dealt with Black Circles so I am reassured by this. Based on this response I WOULD use Wiltshire Tyres again but maybe not through Black Circles and go direct. Thank you Kieran.

ORIGINAL: The installer from Wiltshire Tyres (van 8) damaged my wheel and gave the impression that he didn’t care a less. His response was “I don’t know how that happened” and “I’ll pass it on” which wasn’t very reassuring. As it was booked through Black Circles I’ve tried to resolve it through them but getting nowhere, left a voicemail at Wiltshire Tyres yesterday and no response as yet. The installer left, no one else seems to care so now what should have been a routine tyre change has become a wheel repair which is surely not acceptable and not the reputation Wiltshire Tyres wants. I know for a fact that van 8 took before and after photos but according to Black Circles they don’t exist, I have my own photos from the day bat apparently these are not sufficient. I have home security footage of van 8 taking the photos on his tablet so someone is lying to me so they don’t have to admit fault. There seems to be a communication breakdown between Black Circles and Wiltshire Tyres which I’m stuck in the middle of.

Prompt, friendly and efficient service, with a call from the fitter about 20 minutes before arrival. Chose to use this company via Asda Tyres rather than use Tyresonmydrive, to save a few pounds.

Just moved to area so needed a garage for my MOT, was recommended Wiltshire tyres and they did not disappoint. Booked online, nice and easy and they called next day to confirm all booked in. Dropped off at 9.45 and 10.45 got the call to say ready to pick up. They were happy to keep car there for when I was free to pick up in lunch break. Nas who took my details was freindly, informative and made me feel valued being my 1st time here. Will def book moving forward

first class service just had 2 rear swinging arm bushes fitted done in no time as i waited 5x thanks to all at wootton bassett depot

I booked a mobile fitting via Asda tyres for Friday 13th Feb. Having had no communication from Wiltshire tyres by 5pm the day before my appointment and needing to drive in excess of 200miles on the forthcoming Monday I was becoming concerned so put in a call. During a brief phone conversation with a staff member I was told their vehicle had broken down and at the time it was unclear if the repairs would be completed before my appointment. I was then asked if I could reschedule for the following week which obviously wasn’t suitable so I agreed to take my vehicle to their Wootten Bassett workshop as a worst case scenario. I was told I’d be contacted at 9am the next day to confirm what’s happening which frustratingly didn’t happen. The next day at 9:40am a technician arrived unannounced waking up a family member in the process. Having been explained the situation he was extremely apologetic and from what I’ve seen on doorbell footage somewhat embarrassed by the whole situation. He then proceeded to complete the works in approx 40mins and that was that. When I returned home from work later that day and inspected the works I discovered both alloy wheels have been damaged during the fitting process. Fortunately photos were taken before I left that morning showing no damage to either wheel prior to being worked on. Had I been made aware of an arrival time I could’ve challenged the technician in person. I’ve since complained to Wiltshire tyres via email about the lack of communication, damaged caused and attached photos to support my claims I’m still awaiting a response. Having read various positive reviews about Wiltshire tyres I’m assuming this is just a one of thing however I would still advise anyone who takes pride in their vehicles appearance to air on the side of caution given my experience.

I had a pothole puncture on my way from Salisbury to The Midlands - Friday afternoon 4pm - typical !
I limped to Wiltshire Tyres near Andover.

What a great choice ! All the men were great Nas was a star - gave me a quote got the tyre off, fitted the new, balanced all within 39 mins if my arrival. Cannot fault Wiltshire Tyres, brilliant. Thanks to them I arrived in The Midlands on time.

Had my car MOT'ed today at Royal Wootton Bassett. Appointment time was ideal. Staff always friendly and helpful. Warm waiting room with TV. Price excellent (and loyalty discount). I go there every year and have done so for many years and have always had good service and competitive prices

Very helpful and efficient service

I had two front tyres fitted last Friday by a mobile fitter booked via Black Circles. The car felt very different after the fitting and I initially put it down to just being new tyres. However, after driving along the dual carriageway the next day with my family in the car with the steering wheel shaking and the car feeling as though it had no traction, I took it to a petrol station airline and checked the pressures. The front nearside had 67psi and the offside had 45psi. Both should have had 35psi. The airline was not faulty as 35psi was the reading of the two rear (unchanged) tyres. I contacted both Black Circles Tyres and Wiltshire Tyres. Black Circles have responded and promised to investigate. I have heard nothing from Wiltshire Tyres.

My car MOT and service was carried out today at Melksham, and I have to praise their service. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and generally very nice.
What was being done was clearly explained to me. I was reassured that I would be contacted if any extra works were needed. I would fully recommend them and return if any future work is needed on my car. Thank you.

Wow! The service is unbeatable! In price and in speed of delivery of service I was stuck without 2 tyres and had an absolute knight in shining armor Dave replace my car tyres before the school run! Amazing service all round! All the staff are super friendly and helpful!
