I play on a lot of platforms. Before I spend money a second or third time on a platform, I make sure the redemption policy works. The only complaint that I have is that it took a long time to get my address verified. The utilities at my home are not in my name and they would not accept my phone as a utility. I had to send them my truck registration about four times before they finally approved it. They kept sending it back saying it was unclear. It took about three weeks, which is way too long, considering I get approved on every other platform. However, since I have been approved, I have won multiple times and I have had seamless redemptions. I will continue to play this platform and I do give them a five stars because the games are great and they hit good. However, if you’re in a hurry to get verified -plan on it taking a while if you do not have the utilities in your name.

This site has awful customer service…
This site has awful customer service and equally terrible rewards. They promote 24/7 customer service but do not let that trick you into thinking that they will respond with any efficiency. 6-24 hrs seems to be about the time frame. Also it is worth noting, after spending $500 and me begging for a free bonus for 4 days, I was gifted 2 sc. 500 dollars spent and to “reward your loyalty” 2 sc.
This site gets a one star because support is the worst. And the rewards somehow managed to be even worse than support. I would stay away- there are tons of sites that offer way better rewards.
Update- here we are 6 hrs after I reschedule out to support since they responded to this review and zero communication. Not even a “we are looking into this matter”. Nothing nada

I have had more problems with this casino site. It took over 3 or 4 months for you to verify me. I had won over 1100 dollars and had to play it as charity. Then tried to cash out over 200 same problem. I just started buying packets last week. Hopefully all will go well. If not I'll just give up on this site and play free games. So I guess we will see

Be very careful playing this casino. They pulled a fast one on me tonight, costing me $35.00. I’ve never seen anything like this before on any casino I’ve ever played,
I was playing well, and winning (or so I thought), and then, in the middle of game play, they upped my spin from 10 cents to $1.00 (without me knowing) and my money disappeared fast. It makes me so sick how they can pull this crap, and there’s absolutely no recourse for us players. I've reached out to their support, but I'm not holding my breath that they'll make it right—these casinos never reverse system errors like this, and it's beyond frustrating.
I’ve been a regular of theirs for a long time, too. This is so shady—I expected way more from this casino. How can you change my spin amount while I’m playing, and not even tell me? I was up, too, and now it’s all gone. This will be the last time I put any money into this casino or play their games.
UPDATE 10/21/26: I've spoken with their support via email, and they simply accused me of "playing down my money and then regretting it," which is awfully convenient for them to say. As they can see from my account history and gameplay, I never spin $1.00 spins, and I never contact support for anything. What I do regret is spending so much money on their games when they are going to turn around and treat me like this. They comped me $5.00, but that's a long ways from the $35 I lost due to their website. I'll be spending much less on any of their casinos from here on out.

Redemption takes WEEKS
The verification and redemption process is absolutely ridiculous. It has taken 2 weeks for my winnings to be verified and paid and I still have to wait another 5 days before it will post to my bank. So by the time I actually get my winnings it will be like 3 weeks.
