What a service received my tax back from hmrc worked along winchurch services a very speedy service and if I needed them they replied to my email within the hour a great service would definitely use them again

My claim was handled in a professional manner. Absolutely nothing was too much bother and emails were replied too within I think the longest was 15 minutes .

Received my refund today via Winchurch. Lengthy process took 14 weeks. Good communication but fee is high, almost £900 0n £2300 refund. Wish I'd of done it myself but hey ho

Kept up to date during the process by Adele. I have had a bank transfer paid into my account earlier today. I am very happy with the service provided by Winchurch.

Enquired about how it all works, Then found out its easy to do it yourself and then they sent me an invoice and threatening emails and texts asking for nearly 2k payment.. go on HMRC website and do it yourself, Takes literally 5 mins..

Very easy to use website, and great communication, would highly recommend, as a pensioner the cheque received was a bonus, on the already heavily taxed pension.

Was sceptical as I saw an add on Facebook but I had just got my pension and paid tax on it. I thought well I will give it a try. 2 week later I have heard I am getting most of my tax back Wow great service. I would advise anyone who has got a lump sum of their pension to get in touch with them!

I was very dubious about signing up as there seem to be a lot of companies scamming people nowadays, but I have to be honest and say I am utterly impressed with the service from start to finish from Winchurch Services Ltd. They were very professional and kept me updated along the way. HMRC seemed to drag their heels when processing the claim, but I guess that's no surprise when they are the ones having to repay tax! I would thoroughly recommend Winchurch and will be using them again when I make a further pension withdrawal. Thanks Winchurch!

Got a tax refund which I knew I would get as I started a new job and was on emergency tax.
Low & behold it came through, and Winchurch then get in touch asking for payment for services.
I never requested their help on this occassion
