Für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Einziges Manko: Die Sattelstütze lässt sich nicht so fest klemmen, dass sie nicht im den Rahmen rutscht. Habe mich hierzu informiert und Montagefett gekauft. Damit konnte ich das Problem lösen.

Terrible
Terrible, don't buy anything from them. The bike is terrible, doesn't work. There is no difference with pedal assistance or without. Does nothing and when i wanted to return it, no coöperation, even when they have 30days return policy. Now i send it back and they clame they didn't receive anything when the tracking shows it is deliverd.

op 10/9/2023 heb ik een fietszadel besteld eannr. 4250311312736 met ordernr.85356 tbv 29€
Vandaag 6/10/2023 postpakket afgehaald mits extra betaling van 23€ douane- en invoerkosten.
Ik ontving een namaak bril in een brilhoes van Ray Ban i.p.v. het fietszadel.
Op 23/10 extra informatie gestuurd op hun vraag. Vandaag krijg ik een antwoord met tekst in 3 talen die over elkaar staan waardoor onleesbaar !! Nederlands,Engels en Chinees denk ik 🙈
Ik denk dat hun reactie op trustpilot een afleidingsmanoeuvre is om een goeie indruk na te laten voor potentiële klanten. Hier blijft een erg ontevreden klant achter…

Sorry dat ik u een slechte winkelervaring heb bezorgd.
Van 29 september tot en met 6 oktober is het de Nationale Feestdag. Tijdens deze periode rustten de collega's van de klantenservice om beurten uit en beantwoordden ze e-mails. Ze hadden in de tussentijd geen tijd om alle e-mails van klanten te checken. Maar nadat we e-mails van klanten hebben ontvangen, zullen we deze tijdens werkuren één voor één beantwoorden.
In de toekomst zullen we tijdens vakanties de werkafspraken van de klantenservice dienovereenkomstig aanpassen om ons best te doen om aan de responsbehoeften van klanten te voldoen.

September 29th to October 6th is the National Day. During this period, customer service colleagues took turns to rest and reply to emails. In the meantime, they did not have time to check all customer emails. But after we receive emails from customers, we will reply them one by one during working hours.

Bought E20. Delivered in 5 days. Quality bike at a great price. Easy to put together straight out of box & folds up in a few secs & pops easily into the back of my Hyundai i20. First ebike and find it very intuitive with the amount of power it gives & a great range. Highly recommended.

I purchased a b20 39 days ago , I have used 3 times ,it barley moves with me on it and probably lasts a couple of miles at best, I contacted Windgoo as purchased direct,WOW, they really don’t want to know,every excuse,emails very abrupt and uncaring,I will never recommend or deal with Windgoo again, hundreds of pounds down the drain, thanks windgoo ,and if Windgoo reply on this review and say contact you want to help, I have contacted and no one wants to help.
