Excellent product but most importantly....professional and timely follow-up . The window technicians were professional, courteous, informative... excellent!

The crew arrived on time and ready to get to work. Friendly and hard working, each knew the tasks at hand and worked tirelessly to complete the job. Any requests were met with a yes we can attitude. The product looks great and my neighbors are all giving me compliments.

I would recommend Window Nation to friends and Family!

During installation, a glass pane of the window was delivered broken and was installed broken. I had to wait 4 weeks for this pane to be replaced; no apology from company, just stated that’s a part of the process with transferring glass. Next, there was so much miscommunication between the install team and what I was sold on from the sales team. I had to watch throughout the install and remind them of tasks I already paid for. After the windows were installed, I was told by the sales team that I don’t pay the remaining balance until the job is completely done. Well, it wasn’t done because I was delivered a broken glass pane. I had to go back and forth arguing with the install team and as a single woman with multiple men in my house, I no longer felt safe with this disagreement. The inside of my house was left covered in dust and drill shavings because the installers did not clean up inside after themselves. I was excited to recommend Window Nation to all my neighbors, but it was awful customer service. I called corporate and they admitted to knowing that there are holes in their sales process and communication with the day of installers. Again, no discount was given to me for the inconveniences. The local office in Atlanta is awful and so rude. The actual product is a great product, so it sucks to have to work with such terrible service people to get this product.

The crew that came out to do the work were the best! They worked well together and cleaned up anything that got dirty or left over from their installation of the doors! They also did everything that we asked for.

The entire crew was professional and quickly removed and installed our new windows. Window install area was cleaned up with a thorough instruction in window operation. We were exceptionally pleased with the price and experience with Window Nation.

The salesman, Mr. Andy Taylor was very informative and explained different options for me in great detail

The product is beautiful but the process is challenging. Not enough advice to the homeowner on what a mess to expect and how to protect furniture and personal items

Installation went great. Everyone knew their job and they knocked it out quick. Windows and doors look great.

I have had an issue since my windows were installed on 9/6/25. I have sent many emails and spoke to several CS reps who said they would have a sales manager call me with in 24-48 hours. I have not received a call as if yet. I have no issues with the gentleman that came and put in my missing screen. It took him maybe 5 minutes.

They really took extra time in working each window and the craftsmanship was excellent. They knew what they were doing.

The installers were very professional and did a beautiful job on the window. Took a couple of hours which I thought would take longer. They cleaned up well and very kind. If I need any windows in the future, I will definitely contact you. Picture window is so beautiful. Can't stop looking at the window😁

Flawless from introduction to company, information provided, communication throughout entire process, putting in windows, cleanup, teaching about closing/opening, to sign off. I love my windows!

The overall experience was great, however when it came time to pay my remaining balance, I was told I couldn’t use the $500 gift card I was given by my neighbor who referred me.

I was told it had to be used at time of estimate. Seems like a bait and switch offer. If you give at time of estimate I feel like that amount would be added the overall cost.

Other than that deception the overall experience was fine. Waiting for response due to a current issue I have with condensation.

The crew was very helpful and explained everything very detailed. Work was done in 3 hours and they did an excellent job.
