Our sales guy Rich was fantastic. Very informative and professional. The day of installation the installers were supposed to be at the house between 7 and 8 am. After several calls they arrived at 11. The installers were great. Three of our windows came in frosted which we did not want and need to be switched out. I would saywe are satisfied with the install and would most likely use them again.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE A PROVEN PLAN OF ATTACK. 3 GUYS OUTSIDE, 3 GUYS INSIDE. OUTSIDE GUYS ON THE TABLE SAW CUTTING THE NEW OUTSIDE TRIM, GUYS INSIDE TALKING OFF INSIDE TRIM WITH SURGICAL PRECISSION SO I DIDN'T NEED TO PAINT WHEN THEY LEFT. INSIDE GUYS TAKE OUT THE WINDOWS, OUTSIDE GUYS COME IN WITH THE NEW WINDOWS, INSULATION, AND CHALKING, AND THEN INSTALL. IT'S QUITE A STREAMLINE PROCESS TO WATCH. VERY PROFESSIONAL. 100% EDORSE!

Still waiting on one last window to be installed that I already paid for. And the brand new front door I had installed came with a ding on it and it was touched up by paint. A lot of money for an imperfect product! Waiting on results,,,

The reason for my 4-star rating instead of 5 stars is that there was a minor issue with the order from the window factory—one window was missing from my original order, and it was not delivered with the rest. Window Nation handled the situation well, returning for a second visit to install the missing window as soon as it arrived. While this required a little extra wait and coordination, I appreciate their commitment to ensuring the project was fully completed.
In summary, Window Nation provided excellent service and quality, with just a small hiccup in the window delivery process. I would recommend them and would consider using them again for future projects.

From beginning to end, the process of getting my new windows was easy and convenient. Communication was good and the installers were respectful of my space and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Financing options made things even easier and I couldn't be happier with the final result. It's 5x quieter and warmer in my place!

My appointment with sales person happened in late April early May. The reason I changed company was i was told one date for installation and it didn't happen until two month later. When asked your salesperson he told me August. Well once again I was lied too seeing The installation finished on Nov. 15th.

For third time the screens are wrong. Been back 5 times now and still have not got this right.
Absolutely the worst experience ever. Order was placed in the beginning of February and still not completed after 5 visits, several calls and complaints. You guys are terrible

The crew had great work ethic. Completed job in one day. Very detail oriented, overall very satisfied with work done.
