Great experience with Window Nation from start to finish. We did an entire house of 30+ windows so our initial meeting lasted quite a while. They were very thorough, but pricing came in high. Don’t let that scare you. You can negotiate pricing even if you are financing. The sales tactic is to start high. We were told 6-8 weeks for window installation, and that was pretty accurate. You will get text message updates. Mario’s installation crew was fantastic, but there were only 3 of them. We were told we had a 2 day job, but it turned out to be 4 days. The guys worked over the weekend. In the end, couldn’t be happier with windows and the installation.

We had an excellent installation crew at our home to install 18 windows. Sergio Vega Cruz and his crew did a excellent job of removing old windows and installing new (much better than original). They cleaned up everything as they worked and left it in tiptop shape. We are very pleased with the windows and the installation. From the first call for appointment and throughout the job the staff at the office and on the job was first class.

Sales guy unethical - Installers were horrible
Installers were horrible. Sales guy was just a sales guy, found that out later he makes it sound good and then does not follow through. He said we would get money back on a problem that he created and then when we went to settle up they had someone else in charge and we didn't get the money we were promised. This is a shady organization.

We even had to have them back out twice to fix problems and we have not had them 6 months yet. They are nice to your face yet and the windows look good but installation problems and sales guy who is out to make a buck. I won't say his name, but he should be fired for being unethical.

I called because my new window were drafty, this was fixed quickly.

Both teams of employees did a great job. We had a problem with the door that was damaged in shipping. But they made it work until the new one came in. It was pretty cold when the put the new one in but the sent 4 guys that got it done as quick and it looks great.

The job was done well and fast. Clean up was great. There was a clutch with one window but resolved quickly.

The team was very respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. They did an absolute perfect job throughout. Definitely recommend them!!!

I was 1000% satisfied with Emily! She was very detailed oriented and answered all my questions. The installers were so pleasant and personable. They were very respectful of my home when installing the windows.

The windows looks great in the house. The installation was great,even though the measurements for my front bedroom windows were incorrect. The wait for the windows was a spell lengthy. The communication on the delivery and installation was great. Price for the windows are on the high side. The widow are good quality and give the home a different look.i love the windows.

From the sales call to the install team our experience was top notch. We received a good product for a fair price in our opinion.A small issue with the wrong screens being sent was handled painfully slow however but this did not lower our overall satisfaction. We would definitely use them again.

Installers never had training with Window Nation, had only worked for them less than 2 years - not over 20 years, were not US citizens - on green card, initial order incorrect, no paperwork on transfer of warranty as initially told by salesman. Weather strip at bottom of door is deformed. it was 7 degrees when they arrived - window cleaner was frozen.

2 yr old windows installation. At the time of purchase WN was cheaper of 3 companies. 1 company was selling the exact window for almost 50% more. No problems with windows, had trouble locking a double window.WN sent out a tech, he was on time. Very personable, showed me is was my error. Window operates just fine. I recommend WN

The men went to work immediately. He informed us as to what and where he would be working. Good steady progress. Amazed how quickly things went. Cleaned up as they finished. Answered all questions that we had.
