My initial introduction was not great. The sales person was late and did not present in a professional manner.I went out to his car to get him. His presentation was over 2 hours, I was told 1 hour. He had a stack of estimates, all wrinkled from other companies. If I wanted to know about other companies I would have called them. His selling point was they would get it done fast! The guy that did the measurements called while I was at work to move up our appointment due to "he was in the area." He stated he would be done in 5 minutes and that he never makes mistakes. I lost 2 hours of work and was a nervous wreck if these windows would come in correctly. When the installers came, the theme continued about a fast job. I told them, I didn't want a rush job but I do want a good job. They were the best part of the experience. I also felt a bit cheated due to my 0% for 18 months financing was 24 months 0% financing a week later. End result, the windows look good. I just need information on the screens. Thank you.

Every thing good

The team worked very well together to quickly change out the windows. They cleaned up after themselves, were professional, polite and efficient. I would highly recommend!

I was very pleased with my Window Nation experience, from sales to install (Will & Andri). The resulting windows replacement looks and functions great.

This time was fine--3 guys to install the last 2 windows. BUT it took this company almost 6 months AND 3 tries to get the size right. Nothing but excuses why; no offer of compensation for my time and trouble. Will never recommend or use them again.

Professional and quick installation

To start the installers we kind.Tw things I didn't like on the install.I have new siding on the house and under 3 new windows there was caulk spatter all over the new siding.I had to go up on a ladder and had a hard time removing the dried caulk but was eventually able to get it off hopefully there will not be any discoloration in the future but remains to be seen. The second thing is I told the installer that I just had the walls and new paint on the walls but under two of the windows I found black scuff marks. I have to say the windows came out great no problems with that . Just thought the installers should have took better care of the house weather it was putting plastic on the siding of the house or drywall in the house.

The salesperson "Tom" was very knowledgeable.
Communication with the office, to confirm dates and get questions answered, was less so. Emails written and not answered, phone calls not returned. At one point, I wondered if I had made a mistake.
I was later told their phone system was being revised.
The workers were efficient and polite. They managed to install 27 windows in one day. There is factory damage to some windows. I was told the "project manager" would be calling me. A few very minor issues and why I cannot give it a 5-star review. 10/4/25

On time, courteous and very nice work.

The installers arrived early with plenty of time to finish in the same day.
There was no mosy-ing with coffee cups in hand. They came to work! Not much of that these days.

I had all of my windows and a slider door replaced on 9/22/25 and the experience went well. The 3 men who did the work were very professional . They arrived on time, finished the job in one day and made sure the house was clean inside and out before they finished. You could tell that they take pride in their work. The windows and the door were installed beautifully and I am very happy with their quality.

April 11th - started project

April 17th - measure completed

April 24th - signed a change order "Because the windows are painted, all window screens to be changed to full flex screens . All aspects of the job to remain the same."

May 6th Project ETA - was informed windows would be ready in approx 30 days (around the end of May) Later informed ETA was mid-July as the windows were not base color white...

Product available early - scheduled for June 23rd

June 23rd - weather is terrible @ 90 degress with 70% humidity

* 22 windows need to be replaced

* Local crew member arrives early @ 07:30 to get started before remaining 2 crew members arrive with windows.

* Crew removes all windows before starting to replace with new product. This causes the house AC to become completely ineffective. Unsure why they didn't pull 2 - 3 windows and install the new ones before moving on to the next group of windows. We end up in the 3 season room with our 2 dogs for the remainder of the day. Basically from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm. (We're trapped)

* Crew is gased from the heat and humidity. I (as a customer) end up assisting with the removal of the old windows out of the house to get them on their way.

* Crew did get all windows installed and sealed. Must return to finish tin work and clean up the exterior.

June 24th - Heat and humidity remains from the previous day. 07:00 am - 1 of the crew returns to compelte the tin work. No one else joins in the work effort for the day.

* 05:00 pm - Unable to finish job as tin product ran out. Exterior cleaned to some degree but we find screws and nails around the house and in the driveway.

June 24th - WN called left vm

June 25th - call WN back.

June 30th - call WN again. Connect with Eddie and informed the material is available at another location and it will be transferred to Hartford.

July 14th - WN calls and inquires "What work effort remains?" I ask why that isn't noted in the project from the crew that performed the work?

July 14th - Call WN back

July 25th - WN calls and looks to schedule remaining job effort for July 29th.

July 28th - call WN and confirm Tuesday July 29th. Also mention an issue with 1 of the screens. Request replacement.

July 29th - New 2 member crew arrives to complete tin work on remaining 7 windows. Crew is not informed they require ladder tall enough for 3rd floor attic and no replacement screen.

* Crew leaves to locate ladder tall enough for 3rd floor window.

* Crew returns while we are out for the remainder of the day. 2 of the 7 windows are not completed. Their ladder work in the driveway leaves 2 sets of imprints in the asphault.

July 29th - Call WN and express our dissapointment. Request a person of position to call and discuss.

July 30th - Call WN and leave another message. No call back...

July 31st - still waiting to hear back...

Aug 5th - WN interested in collecting the balance for the project. They did reduce the paymennt by $300 to repair the driveway holes made by the contractors' ladder. We also informeed WN 2 of the window screens had holes and requested replacements.

Sept 25th - WN scheduled contractor to delver and replace the 2 x damaged screens.

**** Project started April 11th and completed Sept 25th... ****
* Contactor was under staffed for the size and scope of our 22 window replacement project. Customer was trapped for 11 hours and needed to assist with old window removal from second floor.
* Contractor pulled all windows during an extremely hot and humid day. This caused the house to lose all cooling and become humid for the next day and half. We felt they could have completed a few window at a time to avoid that happening.
* Single person returned day 2 to perform tin work on remaining windows. He worked from 7:30 to 5 when the material ran out.
* Contractors are not provided status updates and are not pepared for remaining activities.
* WN contacts customer to determine what activites remain. Found that to be extermely annoying as the customer.

Scheduling and punctuality were a big issue. Salesman was late without notice. Initial install postponed a month from initial scheduled date, at the very last minute. Very minor screen replacement, due to arriving damaged, became very difficult and again attempted to delay an entire month for a 60 second install, until I made a huge stink about it.

On the plus side, product is a great quality and install looks and performs very well.

I had 5 windows replaced. Although I had to call about my missing screen only to find that a reorder had not been placed, Customer service stepped up and took care of everything. I'm pleased about that. I was pleased with actual installation and salesperson. I'm not sure if I would recommend your company because of the screen issue. Why wasn't I told at time of install that it was missing..what happened after I called to say screen was missing..why did I have call again to find nothing had been done..

What didn't go wrong...rushed installation; messy...windows / sliders dirty...we had to remove stickers; window color on outside was wrong; one window had defect but installed anyway...now they have to come back to reinstall; sliders had wrong color handles; communication with WN very poor...had to deal with several layers of people who didn't know what the other was doing. Overall...horrible experience. Check warranty detail too...

They were scheduled to arrive between 12-2, but came earlier, I guess there's no communication between the workers and the set up people, Window Nation needs to get it together, they definitely need to hire better window installers, you shouldn't have worry about getting installers that know what their doing, the job should be done right the first time, with no need for a call back, I personally had damage on 2 different sets of windows where the installer damage the center trim and tried to hide it with caulking, this happened when the windows were first installed, so like
I said before, I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
