We recently had our windows replaced by Window Nation and overall, we’re very happy with the experience. The team was professional, efficient, and the installation process went smoothly from start to finish. The new windows look great and have already made a noticeable difference in our home.

The only area for improvement would be the cleaning of the exterior glass—especially on the second-story windows. We wish a bit more attention had been given there so we didn’t have to figure out how to safely clean them ourselves afterward.

That said, we’re still very satisfied with the service and would recommend Window Nation to others looking for quality windows and a solid installation experience.

Did not bring enough men to complete the job in one day. They had to come back the next day to finish.

Note to the manufacturer is one of the colonial grids is slightly crooked by only a bit. I'm cool with it because the installation team did a beautiful job.

Damien is an excellent salesman to work with. Super responsive to questions. Also, both Matt and his assistant (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) were excellent installers. Super thorough, fast and the cleanup was stellar. I love my new windows.

The installers were very nice and efficient. They did excellent work and cleaned up afterwards. I didn't have to do anything after they were finished.

Installation went well for the most part, Products were good, and follow up service by experienced technician to fix some installation errors was excellent. I would recommend this company.

It is the great employees that make Window Nation a wonderful replacement choice. People like Jed Cliff, Bryan McDonnell,and Jennifer Daniel my Installers did outstanding work in a timely manner. They were the nicest group of people like working with a group of good friends.

The last week of June, 2025 Window Nation replaced $85,000.00 worth of my homes windows. To date I still do not have a clear view through most of the windows. They have sent people to take care of the situation on 5 different dates, only to leave me with windows I still can't clearly see through.
I went with Window Nation because I had a very positive experience in another home 6 years ago.
The poor workmanship and follow through has been exasperating and exhausting. I am now STUCK with windows I should be enjoying but can't because of an inability to get them clean inside and out due to a factory/production residue adhering to my windows!!
It is despicable that Window Nation cares so little about good customer service and satisfaction. I suffer with this mess at the hands of Window Nation's shoddy workmanship and lack of production quality control and pride!! I recommended this company in the past, however, I will never recommend Window Nation in the future.

This is my 3rd time to have Window Nation replace my old windows. Professional, friendly and great work! I'm very pleased. Kudos to Andy who has completed my last 2 installations! He is polite and did a great job!

Window Nation offers a great product. They have excellent installers. The only reason they did'nt get 5 stars was their slow delivery time. I ordered 7 windows in August and they were'nt installed until December. Too many delays and cancellations.

We had bids from several companies and Window Nation met our needs and budget. The installers were professional, courteous, and quick. Installation completed in one day with finish trim in a short time the next. The windows and patio door look great and have met our expectations.

What was the great experience? Well on this day Dec. 1 we had our first snow and the gentleman had to do the job himself because his partner didn't make it. He installed the door very good even when had to deal with the weather. He was always polite to us. Over all good experience.

The two gentlemen came on time. They proceeded to complete the job efficiently. They were very professional. My windows are fantastic! Thank you!(
