Everything was excellent from the sales process, measurements all the way through to the installation. Very strong communications.

The repairman called ahead of his arrival to tell me when he expected to be here. Once hear, he explained what the issue was with the window and how it would be resolved. The repair was fast and effective.

Great installation by friendly neat and knowledgeable technicians

Everything is good with window nation except the installation team. They brought the door and the color was different from what we have, but it looks great and I’m happy with the color. The person in charge of the installation team, I believe his name was Ed although when I asked him his name again towards the end of the job, he told me “why do you need my name, just call me the laborer or window nation and window nation knows who are here doing the job.” The job is not seamless, there are uneven gaps inside between door frame and the sidelights and the corner where the frame meets outside the door was not seamless. When I asked if they can put something like caulk to make it seamless, I was told by “Ed” that they do not do anything with it. He was quite rude and defensive and I don’t understand why. He made me sign the papers after they were done, but he did not have a pen and told me with an attitude that I don’t have to sign the form if I did not want to sign it. I told him I want to sign but he did. It have a pen for me to use, and I have to run upstairs to find a pen so I can sign their form. I can say “Ed” did not represent window nation very well, not in a good way.

I have asked for an explanation of the $500 promotion several times but no one responded.

The workmen were on time, worked efficiently, and explained when needed. They did a great job of clean-up when they were done.

The installers were on time, extremely courteous, and helpful with our questions. They went right to work, no slacking with this crew. And, although it was raining, they did their best to mitigate any mess tracked in. They obviously knew what they were doing and have done this many many times.

Great experience all around, starting with my design consultant to the final installers. I'm also very pleased with the windows and they were reasonably priced.

Planning the project and getting the loan was simple, and the job was quick and well done. The new windows are way quieter and better sealed than my old ones, and they look good.

Beautiful windows! We are very happy with the upgraded look of our house, and how the windows give it such a shiny and nice look. The quality of the windows for sure beat any store bought one, and we are very impressed with the costumer service. We recommend this company.

First visit was clear and to the point for a quote. Just what I wanted; looked for all avenues to reduce the initial quote amount. Kept me informed of making the windows, delivery, and installation dates. Did the windows in quickly, quietly, efficiently, and cleaned up the mess. Very helpful crew!! Window Nation made this process stress free, from start to finish. Amazing! The installation was super professional, no mess after, all windows beautiful. We can already tell the difference on cold mornings, nice and warm inside when it used to be very chilly in the house. Looking forward to seeing our savings over the Winter. Will trust them again for a few more windows next year.
